We went there today and omg had the best kfc zinger burger I’ve ever had in my life
It was amazing and my partner loved his also
Thumbs up to the staff that was there today at 4.45 pm

Yeah your team tonight is GOATED! Fast service, not a long wait! Nice girls at the pay window and took care of my online order with no hesitation! Thanks heaps

Is this really the size of a zinger fillet now?
Not only did they forget to put it in the bag. I was disappointed to find out it how small it is for pretty much $5.

Extremely unprofessional service from the staff that walked out and closed the store nearly half an hour early with 2 cars waiting in the drive thru

Restaurant needs a clean. Tables had crumbs over them. Floor is dirty needs a clean. Yet staff are standing around doing nothing, joking around. Come on need to teach them what good hygiene is

Bought a 3 piece box, which I know and accept has set pieces.
Nevertheless, I did not expect 2 very small pieces plus a rib as the 3 pieces.
When I queried this with the duty manager, was told the 3 pieces contained in the order were correct.
As I said, one piece was a rib.
No chocolates for guessing what the other 2 were.
Both wings.
Absolute rubbish.

Walked out no one served us, went else where this is the 2nd time this has happened. No acknowledgement nothing they just walk past you like you are not even there.

Sometimes I get bad quality of food from here, try to let it slide. Today one of my burgers doesn't have sauce, another doesn't even have lettuce, it is literally burger buns and chicken. How disappointing

Ordered 1 3pc feed. 1 2 pc hot n spicy feed. Pay window told me 3 pc feed and 2 pcs hot and spicy. Corrected him and drove to pickup. Girl said 1x3pc feed and 1x3pc feed hotnspicy. Yep thank you. Got home to find 2 original burger packs with orig chicken yuck. Drove too far to take it back, so threw it out. Not happy. They were great when they first started

Ordered my food in app. Picked up my food around 6pm, drive through was packed. All my items were accounted for, and received my order within 5 mins of walking through the door. Great customer service, keep up the good work!

Just got KFC here after swearing I'd never go to KFC again.
The food was hot, the chips were perfect, there were adults working the drive thru! Perfect experience wish all KFC was like this

Customer service was a disgrace today through the drive through. Girl at window slams down the eftpos machine on the window ledge and spoke unkind. Reported to manager on today. She was just as hopeless. Her words, I have spoken to her so. I've dealt with it. Rude. What's wrong with people today? ! No one has respect for anybody anymore.

This KFC is a hit or miss for me. Every time I order a delivery on their app I either get the correct order but it's severely under cooked or I get a mismatched order. I try to contact them via the in app assistance or via email (they recommend this) and I never get a response. Even when I call up they brush it off and say I need to go through the app. It's genuinely annoying.

Ordered a couple of times on the app, meals put together poorly, sauce packets missing, order modifications not followed. The dinner rolls that come with the box; flatter than a pancake! I can appreciate that dinner time is usually the most busiest time but a little bit of consideration going into the packing woudlnt go too far astray

Kfc here is usually the best here, but last time we bought kfc everyone had hair in their food. This was just disgusting not satisfied

Terrible service, always running out of food and the food you do manage to get is always disgusting. Soggy cold chips, nuggets that taste like they are 3 days old, chewy chicken and half filled tubs of gravy as some examples.

This is lengthy because this is The worst experience ever! Ordered family feast through Menulog:
2 large sides missing, rang and was told, no we put it all there (so I’m lying? Or did the driver took it? The bag is sealed when we received it) anyway. I was told you can come here pick it up. Did she ever thought why we had it delivered in the first place? Second option, we’ll email you a voucher, i said okay, then phone hang up. I was like wait hang on.they don’t have my email.
Rang the same girl- I said are you the one I spoke to earlier about a missing delivery? She said No, why. Well I just want to give my email address, she’s like- yeah I forgot to get it. Such a LIAR!
Come 9PM- No email, no voucher. Rang again and spoke to another lady, well not really sure if she’s different one, took my email again and said will be emailed the next day.
Guess what, been 3 weeks. No email. Not after the sides anymore but what a joke of a service for a newly opened store!
I give one star just so I can post this, but not even deserving of a half star.

Had to prove that we bought the 20 for $20 because it didn’t show up on their end, and then didn’t give us our drinks. Honestly useless.

I have ordered 3 times from this store and pick up from drive through. Unfortunately they failed 3 times. Missing, missing, missing again! First, 3 wicked wings were missing Second, 2 dipping sauces missing 3rd, coleslaw dessert missing Better open them and check if all are in before you go

Staff are doing their best, the inside needs more cleaning but considering that most orders are drive through or food order it makes sense. Front counter and visible kitchens are very clean though.
