Fantastic experience. The coaches are passionate and knowledgeable about their material. Regardless of your current 'athletic' ability these people will help you become the fittest, strongest version of you.challenge yourself and give these guys a go.

I’ve been going along to Kettlebell Athletic for several months and Daniel is a knowledgeable and supportive instructor.

Kettlebell Athletic classes are adaptable to any fitness level and there is a wide variety of times to suit everyone.

I started with a low level of fitness before joining and I’ve found my strength increase and some of my excess weight drop away.

Prices for weekly payment and casual classes are more than reasonable.

I encourage anyone who is starting their fitness journey or looking for something different to get in contact with Kettlebell Athletic.

Started up at Kettlebell Athletic just a few weeks ago after quite a few years off from lifting, and I'm already noticing improvements in my strength and fitness. Dan's attention to detail is stellar, he's been super helpful in redeveloping movement patterns and pinpointing any errors in my lifts, I would absolutely recommend coming and checking it out and giving it a go!

Excellent. Daniel knows his stuff. Will apply established Strongfirst methods, along with cutting edge training techniques to suit your needs. Not your normal, everyday gym.

I’m the type of person who needs a lot of variety in my workouts to stay interested. I’ve been to the big gyms, and participated in a lot of the other exercise programs/activities offered in TSV.

Daniels training program is refreshing. Everyday is different, and the workouts carefully planned-out to achieve overall performance and strength gains. But he also puts a lot of emphasis and focus on ensuring I am training smart and within my limits.this is important to me having previously trained harder (not smarter) in the past and ending up injured and still rehabbing it 12mths later.

I love that the classes are not too big and I can get the personal 1: 1 attention I need to improve my performance. I have also NEVER been a morning person, but since training @ KBA, I am waking up before my alarm eager to start the day, everyday!

If you’re looking for someone who walks the talk, and openly shares their passion for knowledge, nutrition and training techniques with their clients. Dan’s your man.
