I was in trouble. I had left my home in Hervey Bay for 4 months' work in remote Australia, equipped with a laptop and a new charger. The charger failed, it was Friday afternoon.

Driving through Rockhampton, I saw Kerr Solutions' shop front and parked the car, wondering if these people could and would help. They spent 20 minutes with me and diagnosed the problem- a faulty power lead. After supplying me with a replacement, they further surprised me by refusing payment.

This is a level of service not often seen these days and it took a lot of pressure off me. Thank you, Kerr Solutions!
