Keri Craig Emporium reviews
26Fabulous customer service with genuine help. It was refreshing to be acknowledged by multiple staff members who each offered assistance to select gifts for a broad range big ages. Thank you.
Absolutely stunning.hidden little gem in the Brisbane Arcade with a cute high tea cafe inside. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a cake with a coffee or tea. There was a lovely lady who was just amazing, she knew how to have a laugh and make the time enjoyable, the service cannot be faulted. Would go again.
What a treasure trove! I always find small gifts and stocking fillers here for Christmas gifts.
One of my favourite places to go for high tea and a shop for goodies. My mother used to take my sister all the time and now we take friends, and go in memory of her. THANK YOU TO OUR WAITER JAMES FOR MAKING OUR LUNCH SO AMAZING!
Had lunch and a browse in the Emporium yesterday. Perfect location in the Queen St Mall opposite Zara. Stunning clothes and homewares selections. But the highlight was our lunch. Wonderful service and exquisite meals, desserts and coffee. Awesome chef. Do yourself a favour and drop in for lunch. Highly recommend.
What a rip off, 2 pots of tea and 6 tiny dry scones for $37 definitely won't be returning.
I arrived at the store 30 mins after the listed opening hours and yet I was told, very rudely and abruptly, “No! We’re not open! ” as one of the female staff members looked at her watch and shook her head aggressively at me. I won’t be returning - ever. So incredibly rude.
Haven't been back at Kerri Craig Emporium for a few years and my partner and I decided to drop in for an afternoon tea.
The place still looks wonderful, beautiful clothes and wares, glad we came in for a visit.
This place is really unsurpassed for the class and opulence so missing elsewhere in Brisbane.
Afternoon tea was lovely and we'll be back again soon
Highly recommended.
Outstandingly good and with a beautiful tea room.linda in furnishings is lovely and helpful. Rhe prices are good value
Great experience with good customer service it’s funny when I ordered something they give me a flower lol. That’s so sweet of them I would like to come back another time
Unbelievably overpriced. $18 for 3 measly little ‘ribbon’ sandwiches? Insipid coffee, snooty staff, tasteless, garish surroundings. Obviously riding on the waves of 1980’s, the video playing in the background displaying all the decades of achievements was in really bad taste. The whole place reeks of 1980’s overindulgence, shoulder pads, sequins and Joan Collins fashion. If you aspire to be seen with Sanctuary Cove types and pay a small fortune for extremely average morning tea, then head right in and enjoy the pink parasols and gold lamé…
We visited the Keri Craig Emporium to celebrate my birthday with High Tea. What a fabulous experience! The food was delicious, we loved the ribbon sandwiches and the scones were divine! James took excellent care of us, with his natural flair and beautiful manners. He is an absolute asset to Keri Craig. James made me the best Lemon lime and bitters I have ever had. A great experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks James!
Really rude sales lady she was so kind with us at the start but when I told her that I’m not sure and I want to consider my chose with my partner this lade came to the fitting room without my agreement and grabbed the dress from my hands. It was absolutely weird and rude!
Highly recommend the service from Keri Craig Emporium. I purchased an order over the phone for a taxi pick up & local delivery as I live in Sydney. Janice was my sales lady. I can't praise her & thank her enough for her care in assisting me. So so grateful! Was a real pleasure shopping here with Janice assisting & meeting my needs beyond my expectation. Sincerely grateful. Such a lovely lady. Thanks Janice.
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Coffees are excellent. Will go back for food on the next visit.
Fabulous place to catch up with friends and relax. Food is delicious and service impeccable! Enjoy!
It's in a very nice setting but the coffee was cold so put me off if I go there again I will ask for coffee to be hot
This is one of my very very favourite places in Brisbane CBD. At the David Jones side of mall the arcade epitomizes the early decor and architecture (has quite a history).
Make your way down the stairs for old style morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea. Crab sandwiches my very favourite. There is cake that melts in your mouth.and tea and coffee of course.
Not only delicious food but stylish good quality ladies clothes and gifts galore also tempt you.
Hidden gem in the Brisbane Arcade. Been past and never visited, great coffee and cakes, lots of choices.
I always love this cafe, it's service and decorations surrounded by. Nice high tea n just morning tea/brunch
