This place is excellent. The owner went out his way to fashion a new handle for my handbag. He did this out of a belt that colour matched the bag perfectly. I was only charged for the belt. Many beautiful products in store, and I love the fact that the tradition of leather good making is still continuing.

Well presented and quality products, not cheap but good value all the same with authentic, friendly and interesting customer service. A pleasant experience.

High quality, locally made and handmade products. So good to see. Lovely service. Fun for the kids feeding the goats etc. (No camel.)

I purchased a lovely handbag early this year. Unfortunately, after a few weeks some of the stiching came undone. I called and e-mailed Kent Saddlery and was advised by a staff member to e mail some photos of the loose stiching on the bag. I did
this and then followed up my initial call with another call and e mail and was told that someone from Kent Saddlery will again be in touch with myself to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, to date no one has called or contacted me. This is very disappointing. I can say that the staff I spoke to at any stage were lovely and polite. Otherwise, the products and ranges look great too. On this occasion my experience and the outcome that I was hoping for hasn't occurred and I have now taken it upon myself to get the bag fixed.

Love it - We have a number of items from here via online shopping as we were driving past and stopped in to have a look and purchase. The team was wonderful and sorted to add logo to items purchased in store and post home for us.

The lovely lady working here was a delight! Highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Bought some copper bracelets here and a few other pieces all fairly priced and great quality! Beautiful layout of the shop, very clean and a great selection!

Kents Saddlery helped solve an age old issue for us, what do you get the mother that has everything?
I had been searching for months for somewhere that would create and personalise a flipbook cover for a very specific Italian card game.
I was advertised Kents and within days not only had I ordered and paid but also received phone calls confirming item creation and shipping. I received the item within a week of payment, which is no small feat during covid and now we have a beautiful gift of which we will be told "you shouldn't have".

Really good 'pit stop' we were hoping to get a collar made for our dog, although they didn't have a big enough size. The excitement of the camel, sheep and alpaca's was definitely worth it though. Inside the shop is beautiful, we had special treatment to go inside with our dog.
Gold coin donation to feed the camel is totally worth it!

I'm still hoping they open on Sundays. The belt and bag that I bought 5 years ago is need of a companion so that they last me a long time.
