Ken's Kepnock Butchery reviews
8Not sure about your meat but you have a sign on branyan street that has been there for nonths, take it down, it is an eye sore
Went into buy crumbed lamb chops but found they were $44.97 a kilo & only $29 at Zac's. Price gouging doesn't work because not only didn't I buy thier meat but I will never go back there.
KENS KEPNOCK DEBAUCHERY.
I say debauchery because selling their meat to the public is a sin. I bought a bag each of 2kg y-bone steak and sausages, and they both had an off stench to them and tasted gross. Our guests for dinner that night did not like us afterwards. Service was good though. Good people, just bad meat. Somethings got to change
Always greeted in a friendly manner. Products are top notch. I’ve known Ken and Sue for over 20 years and it’s always been the same pleasant service. Highly Recommended.
I can’t believe how rude these people are! Certainly need training on friendly customer service!
Very polite, very attentaive to my requests Great selection and very tasty tender meat when cooked up. Always helps to have good looking butcher boys to serve you.
Great butcher! Always keen to help, and quality products. Been going here for years. Thanks Ken & team.
My husband and I went to this butcher for the first time today and we were not impressed! When my husband asked for some meat the guy behind the counter picked it out with his dirty hands and put it in a bag for him. My husband then polity asked if could have some other meat that has not been touched but this dirty hands and requested he put some gloves on, the guy responded with "oh really, ok but I don't think the gloves will fit me". He then got some other meat for us and then still tryed to give us the meat that he touched but my husband reminded him he wanted a fresh batch that he did not touch. After that he responded with "are you worried about cross contamination"? We said we just wanted meat that hadn't been touched with noticeably dirty hands.rule number one in any food shop, I wonder what food healt and safety would say! After we leftwwe noticed him putting the meat he touched BACK in the tray to be sold again to some poor unknowing customer!
