Kazza's Barber Shop

"Closed" at 5: 10 p.m. But we're open online and in store till 5: 30. Two hairdressers sitting there talking waiting for their shifts to end without doing any work. Made suggestions that they were in contact with their bosses and that the times should be updated but I doubt that will happen. If you would like to receive a haircut at the advertised opening times. Don't come here.

Will never go back there. Very poor customer service, I found the ladies rude, they do not smile, or greet you, no number ticketing service. I took my son in and asked for a fade Mohawk, even showed her 2 pictures that were similar to the hair cut I requested and it was no where near what I wanted. Very unhappy with my visit.

Customer service is horrible. No numbering system and you have to wait in the store. But then people jumping off the que and particularly one staff member seems to think “it’s ok” (as she said).
Also smile and greet are out of question…. It seems.
Whatever maybe the reason, head office need to have a look.

They don’t really know how to cut how they do it crooked the first and last time I’ve went there I don’t recommend going there the staff there can be rude

Had a terrible cut from a hairdresser of my sons hair. Went to kazzas to get it fixed and they did a great job and chose not to charge me

Absolutely mortified by the Customer Service I witnessed by the staff at the Stocklands store. The staff in this store offer no Customer Service and I would never use them. Repeat fix up hair cuts is their standard. Head Office really need to have a good look at their staff.

Used to provide a great haircut every single time. I have always been to Kazza for haircut since I came to Rocky. But my previous two haircut experience has been really bad. I am never going there again for a haircut.

Very quick service and professional cut at a reasonable price, as a 50+ male it was exactly what I wanted. (great conversation too!)

Staff are very friendly, willing to listen and are not rude like some places.
The girls do great beard trims and haircuts and look after all my needs. I'll definitely be back again.
Oh and the prices are reasonable.

I rang earlier in the day and was told they are open till 8 on Thursday nights. At 7: 38pm I was standing in front of their shop in the North Rockhampton Stocklands shopping centre and they already had the metal gate pulled all the way across the doorway. 1 lady was finishing a hair cut and 1 other lady was standing at the cash register, she looked right at me while i was looking at her, and she quickly looked away acting like she didnt see me. I have been here many times before, but that is the last, there are several other barbers to choose from.

Got lucky to get my haircut by the manager today. Very knowledgeable, gave great advice and a better haircut! The manager is friendly and kind and I really appreciate the high standard of service she provides. I'm a return customer, I get a different barber everytime and haven't had a bad experience yet.
