This is a great full service business. I recently rented 2 pieces of equipment from Kawana Hire or at least I thought I had. Well as it turns out only one piece shows up on site. I am very annoyed and call the shop to ask why the other machine was not delivered. She politely explained that I had not confirmed the second piece as I had requested a photo to be sent through. Having a seniors moment I looked at the photo and forgot to confirm.all my fault. This nice lady had her husband do an extra delivery to me after work at no charge. THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND. QUALITY PEOPLE AND A QUALITY BUSINESS. They have my perpetual business so give them a go!

Ive been going to kawana hire for more than ten years and was sceptical when it changed hands a few years ago, a lot of times new owners get greedy and wreck a perfectly good business but not these guys. Its the same great service friendly staff and always a pleasure to do business with, nothing is too much trouble for them and unlike bigger and maybe better known hire company's you won't get treated by the amount of money that you spend each month. Call in and see them, its that easy.

I called yesterday at 8am. Portaloo delivered that afternoon.
Portaloo was lifted over a skip bin and pushed into place by driver, very helpful, even rotated the door away from driveway for privacy. Thank you

We hired floor sanding equipment and purchased sand paper, their prices are so much cheaper than Bunnings, but more importantly their assistance and old fashion friendly service is amazing. We hired over the weekend and got days free. The sand paper to is so much cheaper. A wonderful local business. Support a local family business. 5 stars a fantastic local company. Hired a self propelled trench digger and the team was super helpful and friendly, even the dog helped. I had a few issues with the machine and was unable to do the work that I had hoped to do. After returning the machine Sharon called and offered a refund. This never happens and along with their friendly approach should be the gold standard in customer service. Have already recommended and will definitely be using again for my next hire job.

The Kenilworth Food Fest has used Kawana Equipment Hire for their festival for the past few years. Their staff are courteous and their service is reliable and very efficient. I don't get quotes from anyone else now - go with the ones you know do the job well.

160819 - contacted Kawana Hire by email the night before to order a jack hammer, arrived in the morning choice of 2 jack hammers ready for me. Discussed the work with the staff and they suggested the large jack hammer. Finished work in less then 4 hours and only charged 1/2 day rate. Great customer service and good value for rental price.
