I had approached several dry cleaners before Kathron Dry Cleaners, but none of them were willing to clean my expensive garment due to the intricate beading. However, they recommended Kathron Dry Cleaners. The staff at Kathron Dry Cleaners were not only willing but also highly skilled and knowledgeable. They assured my husband when he dropped the garment off that they would handle my kimono with utmost care.

Their professionalism and service were commendable, and they had my kimono ready for pick up within a few days. The result was astounding. The beading and tassels were perfectly intact, and the silk was clean and vibrant.

I would highly recommend Kathron Dry Cleaners to anyone who has been turned away by other cleaners due to the delicate nature of their garments. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service are truly commendable. I will undoubtedly be using their services again in the future and worth the trip from the western suburbs to Hamilton

Not only they did not clean my coat, also turned my white coat into yellow and there were many stains on the coat. My Burberry coat worth 4000 was destroyed in this way, and the boss even not apologise and fighter to me.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with this provider. Fabulous and brilliant work. I actualy had gven these blazers in Blacktown, Sydney, and I had felt almost no difference when i Reecived the items back after dry cleaning! But, with Kathron, I must say that I could feel the value for teh monay I paid. I strongly recommend them to any of you who are looking for dry cleaning. 10/10.

Exceptional! Due to circumstances outside of my control I ended up with numerous items that were so badly dirtied that I truly thought would not be salvageable. These items were no problem for Kathron’s and my items turned out incredibly well AND for such a good price. I will absolutely continue to return!

I called to enquire about the cost of wedding dress alterations. The woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant. Did not offer her name and answered the phone very bluntly. I enquired about the costs for my wedding dress to be altered with my wedding being 4 months away. I was informed "you've left it too late" and that "she only works three days a week you know? ". I almost felt like I was a nuisance for calling. I immediately called Ella Moda who were very polite and informed me that I had more than enough time left to have alterations. I can't say Kathron Dry Cleaners are not good at their work, I am sure they are very good! Though the customer service I received pushed me away and I have taken my business elsewhere. If you don't like feeling like you're a nuisance, or don't want to feel pressured and rushed about an experience that should be exciting - then I would suggest you look elsewhere too!

We have been using Kathron since moving into Brisbane. The pick up and drop off at our apartment is great! Always prompt in replying to messages, and my shirts are always perfectly pressed!

We have used Kathron's since 2000 & even though we have moved away from the area to outer suburbs if we have difficult repairs or cleaning we will take the 25 minute drive to get the repairs done. I have just had a small ash burn repair on my silk suit & although they were concerned that it would not be an invisible repair it is hardly noticeable, you really have to search for it to see any evidence of the repair. Really happy with the continued quality of their repairs & cleaning service. Well worth the time spent dropping off & collecting my suit.

They stained my white shirt and didn’t even tell me, now I’m going back to Melbourne and have to pay another dry cleaner to fix it. $45 for four shirts and a suit i expected better

Kathryn's dry cleaners are Magic. I highly recommend. Took my wedding dress in that was Covered in red wine and red dirt. I didn't think it would come out as good as it did! Hardly a mark left on it. Thank you so much!
