Had a very helpful going bloke help us when we were buying stuff for a trip to Tassy. Should've got his name to give good feedback.

Trish was so friendly and helped me with my purchase. Very well maintained store with lots of clearance off season items.

I have become a big fan of Kathmandu! I bought campingstuff as well as clothes, they are from high quality, thought through and absolutely enjoyable while using:).
The staff was always friendly and on point.
And to be honest its still cheap for what they offer (but psst, dont tell them!)

I have purchased equipment for camping through Kathmandu, some items may be a little bit more expensive than what other suppliers can do. If you want to buy something to last you pay for what you get. The staff are very professional and explain exactly what you need to help set you up. Maybe it's best to buy it once than twice.

The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent service! They even took the time to track down some pants at another store for me which was greatly appreciated!

Went on the right day, we got 4 items on clearance cheaper than one full price item. Store was clean, including change rooms and well stocked with friendly staff

While holidaying in Townsville I went into the store to purchase some more of my favourite shorts. I was told that that style was not being made anymore but they did have some old stock on special. Alas, not in my size.
The store manager was extremely helpful and rang a couple of stores in my home state and organised for the shorts to be sent and held at my local store. This required several phone calls and emails.
I made a second visit today to organise for a pair of cargo pants (of the same style) to be sent to that same local store.
Full marks for friendliness and customer service.

I enjoy buying products & clothing from Kathmandu. There clothes are quality made & staff are friendly & helpful. I do wish they would make a variety of pattern style outfits for women because most fabrics are just a one colour.

I have spent most of the day talking to other camping stores about replacing my tent poles with little success, that is until i spoke to Trish at Kathmandu. Her expert knowledge and proffessional conduct was second to none, with nothing being too much to ask. She spent time explaining what i needed before finding the excact right product, not once but twice in one afternoon. Customer service is spot on in this store! Thank you Trish for all your help.

If you are backpacking around Aust or around the world this is the store to visit i gave this 4 star staff were a little on the slow side of things.
