Kathmandu Robina

Went into Kathmandu today to check out stuff for our trek to Everest Base Camp in 15 months time. They have a great range of supplies but the staff were great, especially Adam. He deserves a pay rise.

Adam at Katmandu Robina showed us excellent service and advice regarding the purchase of our snow jackets. He worked hard to show us relevant products and specials. I am highly appreciative of Adam's professionalism and kind nature with our shopping experience.

I stopped in today (27/3) to pick up some gear, ready to hit Perisher later this year. While in store, I was helped out by Scott. He was incredibly polite and honest as he walked me through the good range of gear available for me to choose from. With his help, I was able to find the perfect set up with minimal effort. I had a very pleasant experience in store.

I had an great customer service experience at Kathmandu Robina. I really needed some help to buy hiking shoes with a limited budget and the staff Francisco was amazing showing me my options and having patient in waiting me to try all and to decide it. I tried my new shoes on the weekend and I'm really happy with them! Thank you Francisco and Kathmandu team for the outstanding customer service.

Very very very very very expensive gear that is pretty average in quality. Would recommend only purchasing clearance gear and using it as normal everyday wear items rather than using it for outdoor clothes

I work in customer service and I have never experienced such a rude person at the Robina store.
A young man was being very helpful with my return (as a Kathmandu member) my son was planning to go to MT Everest before COVID-19 hit. He is 20 yrs and brought 2 expensive jackets, 2 days over the return policy. The blonde manager (I assume) was serving another person and kept interrupting us saying NO and NO this.
I will never shop there again online it is for me,

Great range of men's and ladieswear. Lots of various puffer jackets for the winter season. Staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to others.

The staff at Robina Kathmandu find that great balance of being helpful, informative and yet allowing you to browse, think, mull over a purchase! Great job!

All in all its not a bad store if your looking for a jacket or to get some light hiking gear to use around your local area to go birdwatching.other than that you will be letdown for anyone seeking actual mountaineering equipment.

Kathmandu Robina was a great shopping experience. The service was first class, we saved quite a bit of money & we r extremely happy with our purchases. Preparing for our trip to Canada has been a lot of fun. Great work Robina

Had an issue at another store and was seeking help so rung here and the manager was lovely. Helped me with my issue and was resolved within a matter of minutes.

Have personally been to this store once for some kids stuff and the store is clean, tidy and all staff are friendly and have great customer service skills

Always a great range of outdoor gear. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Only downside is its easy to buy plenty of gear when you are in the store!
