Kathmandu Pacific Fair

Danielle and Tom went above and beyond to create a positive customer experience after I was hate crimed in pacific fair! They were extremely supportive and created a safe space, and also managed to help me find a few things for my next hike! Extremely friendly and helpful team at pacific fair:)

Went yesterday looking for a backpack to go on a Europe trip. Spoke mostly with Tom, who was simply amazing! His customer service was sooo good that after had a problem with my card yesterday. I decided to go back there today and get the pack using a different card.
I couldn’t recommend more the store, and Tom and Daniele’s service! Would definitely go back!
110% satisfied! Thanks guys for making my future trip start in a good foot!

I have a planned trek coming up so I went into the store to have a browse and get some questions answered the staff member that helped me was very friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I had to buy anything I would definitely go back when I am ready to make a purchase for my trek

Chris was absolutely wonderful at helping us select our puffer jackets for overseas. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond with advice and tips for travelling to Europe. Highly recommend this store.

Excellent customer service, we were served by Arvand who helped us immensely and went above and beyond to show us different combinations and options for our snow gear. He also was very friendly and nice while maintaining a professional demeanour the whole time. Very happy with his service.

Had a few questions about lightweight hiking kit and was served by Chris who was very helpful and knowledgeable

It was my first time purchase from Kathmandu. Extremely disappointed with the return policy and service. Not customer friendly when compared to all other big and expensive brands. Sorry.

Most horrid click and collect experience. Shouldn’t be called click and collect at all, it’s an in store collection sure but you have to wait for it to be shipped from their DC in Melbourne and this is not easily identifiable during check out unless you know where to look. The only option the store would offer is to purchase the item again and have the shipped product reimbursed when it arrived in store. All well and good unless you have a birthday to pay for directly after Christmas. No other option was forthcoming and item arrived the day after my son’s birthday. Won’t be using the service again and probably won’t shop at Kathmandu when other options for similar products exist on the market.

I attended this store yesterday with my elderly uncle and the staff were amazingly attentative and helped him with all he needed. He finally found a pair of comfortable shoes that he liked. This was the last store we went to and only wish it was the first one we went to as it would have saved us 5 hours of shopping. The shoes were also on sale.

He was able to sell through his knowledge, experience and friendly manner.
The specials were great, and being a club member meant extra discount.
Great puffer jackets and water resistant travel pants.
Very impressed with this store.

I just had to post this and let the manager know about the amazing service I received today Friday 17/01/20 at Kathmandu Pacific Fair. I had two guys, both named Chris help me. They were both professional and helped me with what I needed. The older Chris recommended the perfect jacket for my holiday to Canada and even suggested some products I didn't even think of myself. Please let them know how amazing I found their service was please!

Friendly staff that are willing to walk you through their stock, and find something to fit your activity. While also considering your budget.

Great for luggage. Heavy duty practical luggage. Pricey, but made to last and fit for purpose. Nice looking. Very happy with thermals and boots. Knowledgeable staff.

Three years ago I ate here and enjoyed it very much, this time, I was disappointed. The food was not tasty, the table was not prepared and dirty.

The staff here were lovely! Great product knowledge and helped me find some new hiking boots. Also gave advice about nearby trails to have a wander along

Young sales assistant was excellent. I wish I knew her name to give her the credit. Trying on hiking boots and she was so patient and helpful. Good Xmas bargains.

Brilliant. Jamie served me and she was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I got the two things I was after in no time at all. I thought it would be complicated and time consuming. Well done Jamie and thanks.

The staff was awesome, and they took the time to really answer a ton of my questions. I'm going to New Zealand on a whim next month and they helped me pick out a proper jacket

We got some perfect zip off pants for my long slim partner. He's very hard to fit but Kathmandu had a good selection.

Had a problem At the store which the manager couldn’t deal with because they had only just gotten the job and didn’t want to look bad. Had to get it sorted at another store.
