Purchased some items for a trip. Everything was an extra 20% off, which was a bargain. Glad I stopped in today. Limited range due to a clearance store.

While the aircon was broken and I was sweating buckets, the deals here are really good and there are some very substantial markdowns on good quality items.

Service wasn't there. I bought up big but wasn't talked to until the cash register. I returned to buy another item.and was roused on because my twins had spilt juice while I wa.in the change room.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Huge sale so it was busy. Good little shopping centre, great parking open air or undercover.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I couldn't have been happier, Anthony served us and gave us great advice on hiking gear. It is clear he knows his stuff and definitely deserves a pay rise! Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and I couldn't recommend this store and it's staff strongly enough! Not to mention the prices here are amazing!

This store is good for stuff that may be little out of season but they still stock useful outdoor gear

I was passing through Brisbane on my way to Toowoomba and decided to drop into Kathmandu Jindalee Outlet to get a few things for an upcoming trip to Mt Kilimanjaro. On a very busy day, the staff at Kathmandu Jindalee Outlet were great and really professional. I was asked if I needed assistance within a few minutes of entering the store despite the large number of customers swamping the store and later when I had questions the sales member was super helpful and was able to find me other stores that held stock of what I needed on my way to Toowoomba.

I was regular customer until little problem happened and I was shocked how rude and unsupportive was management together with owner. They were blaming me for their mistakes, did nothing to fix the problem. Never again

The service I received from the store was absolutely amazing. I didn’t even actually end up buying anything in the end but they gave me such great advice and enough time to browse I spent nearly an hour in the store and even came back a second time because I had no idea about any of the gear as this will be my first trekking trip. I think the guy who served me was Stephen but there is also a lady and she was really great. This store really stands out from all the other Kathmandu retail stores.

Good range of all their clothing. A pity they dont carry much of their outdoor equipment like tents, camping materials, accessories, bags etc.

Sometimes you may find a bargain, but usually like most outlet stores nowadays the clearances are more rare than they used to be.
