Kathmandu Indooroopilly

I came to katmandu for the first time at indro. Alex was incredible, not only did he easily answer every question about the products, he suggested other products that would suit us and bought far more than I had planned because they suited my needs. Not only that, he gave us European travel tips. Service I won’t forget and I will be back! Thanks Alex, Legend.

The Staff at Kathmandu Indooroopilly are very helpful and friendly. Great customer service, making my purchasing or returning a simple transaction.
I wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book. It was a real breath of fresh air.

I bought a pair of hiking boots from Kathmandu online and had a small hiccup with the size I recieved. The staff at The Indooroopilly store had my required size available, (only pair available). They provided excellent service and the exchange was made effortlessly. I Was very impressed with the help and and wonderful attitude provided by the staff. Thanks again for all your help. Visited this store Sunday 22 May 2022. Greeted promptly by assistants. To be honest we buy required gear in Hobart when visiting our daughter during winter months. However was nice to walk in and peruse.

Female assistant / sorry forgot your name, short dark wavy hair, was super great to check out back for a zip jumper jacket in the size required. There were none on the rack. BAMMM. An expensive item not on sale, however the colour, size & style was what sold me. I could’ve waited for sales ‍️, but since I live rural country I chose to buy and walk out. I’m not big with online shopping. That alone would stress me out having to post an item back.

Kathmandu - quality, reliable, investment.

I purchased hiking shoes for my husband and myself today. I got assisted by a lovely lady from new Zealand. She was AMAZING! She was professional and friendly. My husband and I are so happy with our purchase and the experience at Kathmandu indooroopilly. We will definitely buy more products from there!

I made a purchase today and Tess was amazing. Tess assisted me to find what I required and talked me through my purchase with ease. Phil the store manager was on day off and I wanted to say "good choice hiring Tess" and in your absence be assured she delivers a high standard of service. I reccomend this store for your needs of products and service.

Had a very positive experience in store yesterday. I was assisted by Peter. I would not describe myself as a camper/ hiker etc. I needed some items for my child to go to camp. Peter was very helpful, we got what we needed. I was amazed by the diversity of products and even though I'm not their target market, I would go back to this store in future.

Love everything you can get from Kathmandu, great customer service and greath ethical standards with their products, just too pricy for me as a shopper

Lovely staff, they were very helpful and more than happy to look up stock, etc. Weren't pushy just informative which was lovely.

Why do you sell shoes with laces, when you do not sell replacement laces. Does not make sense and it sucks.

I ordered online and choose option to pick up from indooroopilly store. I have received email regarding confirmation on material has been dispatched. After this email I personally been to store to collect it and I got advised that order is not arrived yet and kathmandu will let me know once order is ready for collection. I have not heard for another week.i stated emailing back to kathmandu and called store but no response.
After one month store advised that order has been sent back for Refund as it was not collected.
Not received my refund yet. Store offered me to arrange that material from other store and for that I need to go to store and personally order it and make ANOTHER PAYMENT though I have not received earlier refund yet and go to the store again to collect order when arrives.

Careless response from Kathmandu store and worst customer service received from Kathmandu overall.
Stay away from this store.

This store is highly interesting to any camper/traveler. Amongst a multitude of quality clothing for both hot and cold weather climes, you will discover an assortment of tempting travelling knick knacks.

A variety of camping gear available. Not to mention attire for the snow as well. In some cases it can be a little on the expensive side, however, they do have sales.
