Highly recommend! I got a piercing today and the lady who did it was so kind and understanding espically if you are nervous.

Great place for piercings. The bag of salt they give you for cleaning is hilarious. Great range of jewellery and good advice. Beautiful giftwares

Got a nose piercing here and everyone who served me was very polite, welcoming and had a great attitude. I’m someone who has a lot of anxiety and was nervous about my piercing but because of their warm and friendly personalities it made easier for me to chill out before my piercing!

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who was looking to get a piercing or just know general for a shop.

Girls got their ears pierced. Very nice and professional ladies here. My girls are 8 months old. Didnt feel a thing because we were advised to use numbing cream prior! No one else told us to do this!

We went there yesterday to have my daughter’s ears pierced. It was a very pleasant experience and they handled our little one which such care and skill that not a single tear was shed. Highly recommended!

Wow what a beautifully stunningly gorgeous shop between the lovely smells & absolutely gorgeous things, even without buying anything it’s just such a inspirational uplifting positive experience. If you don’t show any restrained you could certainly go wild buying so many gorgeous things here.

I had my daith piercing done late last yr then this week I had to remove it for a procedure, I tried putting it back in 2 days later as my ear was sore from removing. I rang Karma house and spoke to Grace who was very friendly she put me through to Tiana. Tiana adviced that I go in for them to reinsert it before the piercing closed up. Tiana was amazing professional, friendly and reassuring. It was painful but she talked to me throughout and reminded me to keep breathing. These guys are amazing will definitely recommend!

Nice place to shop for the girls. My daughter got her ear pierced. She loved it. Coming back in about 2 weeks time to do more piercing.

Very disappointed. I got my double nostrils done and one side is so badly crooked that I can't wear a ring in it. Was told it was meant to look like that! Also piercer nearly PASSED OUT after a piercing and was told by another staff member if needed to sit down! Red flags big time!
