Fantastic trainers and friendly environment no matter what your fitness level is.
I have been going there a few times a week for no contract, no lock-in fitness groups. I just pay $20 a week to go as many times as I like. Or you can pay per class.
I would recommend for anyone and especially those who don't feel comfortable at gyms due to the type of people who go there. You're sure to be welcome and accepted here. All different classes and sessions available!
