Had such a wonderful experience at KWH in Brisbane. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and Lauren was so much help. She was able to suggest dresses and styles for me and could not have been more patient. Will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dress!

I recently purchased the most incredible gown from KWH with the help of manager Emily Sheppard. I dearly want to thank Emily for all her help. She made this experience so special and so wonderful. I’ve had to organise a wedding very quickly due to my ill father which has made wedding planning more stressful than normal. Emily made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and incredibly beautiful simultaneously. Her passion, generosity, integrity and kindness radiates, I couldn’t recommend Emily and my experience at KWH enough.

Lauren was wonderful! She was so supportive and excited to share the experience of trying on my first wedding dress! She really listened to our feedback on how we wanted the dresses to sit and once I had finished trying on the dresses I had picked out, she pulled a rogue choice and gave me the option of trying it on. It was perfect and you could tell that she knew which dress would sit perfectly on my body! Thank you so much Lauren, you were so lovely to me and my family:)

I was unfortunately one of those brides caught up in the recent bridal store closures and with 3 weeks to go I was left with no wedding dress.
I was passed onto kwh by a friend of mine and was met with nothing but reassurance that they were going to get me a dress for my big day, nothing was too much for them!
Emily, you are an absolute angel and an asset to the kwh Brisbane team! You made me feel so taken care of and immediately put at ease. I had the most fun putting together my gown with you and if it wasn’t for you and your head office I truly don’t know what I would have done. I had a lovely experience at KWH in Paddington. I had two appointments, one with Lauren and the other with the manager Emily. They were both fantastic, giving just the right amount of advice and creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The dresses are beautiful and I loved the ability to mix and match the bodice and skirt. I would highly recommend going to KWH!

I was left wondering why I'm here when the assistant I only just met tells me my ring resembles the southern cross.amongst other inappropriate comments. Another assistant outright told me she won't let me try on some of the dresses because she doesn't like them and they won't look good. She also said that I shouldn't get the earrings I want from your shop because they're not real pearls.

When I went with my friends one of them couldn't drink alcohol for very personal reasons and your assistant called her boring twice and laughed at her. Do you think that's appropriate?

Also telling me that the way I'm dressed doesn't suit my profession is also very strange and unwarranted.

I thought one of them was new so I tried to cut her some slack but she literally has a dress named after her so I guess there's no excuse as she's been working there for a long time.

Going to your store should be a great experience but when I left, these comments made by your staff really unsettled me. You have a nice selection but I didn't want to purchase a dress from you for this reason alone.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the store manager, Emily. She was so helpful & patient with me. I tried on about 100 dresses (which was amazing) but finally decided on one in the end & I'm so happy. All the dresses are beautiful and there's so much option with the bespoke collection. 10/10

Karen Willis was amazing. I had only selected two styles online but found there was so much more in store that suited me. Jaimee was my stylist and was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

The KWH store was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the sizing of the sample dresses to try on were very limited so anyone that is above a size 10 or curvy will have a difficult time trying on a dress that is too small. Trying on an ill fitting dress that doesn’t give you accurate look of what it Will be on your figure and then be expected to pay $4000+ without making an informed decision really doesn’t sit right with me. The experience which was supposed to be joyful left me leaving the store feeling horrible about my body. KWH can do better and stock larger sample sizes in their store especially given the price tag of the garments in question.

I had a beautiful experience wedding dress hunting at KWH with the beautiful Lauren assisting me. It was my third wedding dress shop I had visited and I was ready to find THE ONE. Lauren was so kind and never pushy! I had a lot of fun and even better, found THE ONE I was hoping to:).

I am so in LOVE & OBSESSED with my wedding dress! I felt so confident and stunning on my wedding day! Ami, Jamie & Rachel at Brisbane KWH made the entire process of choosing the dress so easy. They were all so positive, relaxed and professional. I love the aesthetic of all the KWH collections - all of the gowns are feminine, modern and ethereal.

I wore the Audrey gown in solid white ivory. This dress normally has a sheer bodice, however, I was able to get it custom made in solid white and this adjustment was no trouble at all thanks to the help of Jamie! The matching puff sleeves and bow veil tied the look together perfectly! The dress was a perfect fit and extremely comfortable - I danced all night and didn’t want to take it off! I can’t speak highly enough of KWH. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful and helping to make my wedding day magical! Xx

I visited numerous stores while searching for my perfect dress, and the service I received at Karen Willis Holmes was the best by far! The girls were so lovely and I ended up with a dress that they picked out for me. They also went above and beyond to source extra beads for me when I needed them. Thanks for making the experience so wonderful and easy, I couldn't be happier!

I would highly recommend Karen Willis Holmes Brisbane for their service and range. The person who assisted me (and my bridemaid) was so lovely. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on the day, but their follow-up service was useful to let me know the status of the dress I was looking at.
I ultimately have chosen a dress from KWH because it was a great fit for me, the quality is truly stunning and pretty reasonably priced (compared to other beaded dresses I had seen).

I would recommend KWH Brisbane to any bride. I’d had a hard time finding what I was looking for, but Amy was so accomodating and supportive. I’m so so so glad I made the trip to your store.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Loved how they were able to help me try on gowns that I hadn’t considered, and that were more flattering for my figure.
