Excellent service from Nathan & Hayden. It was late on a Friday afternoon and you would have thought it to be Monday morning, Great people skills and knowledge.
Fixed our pressure cleaner on the spot. Jeremy was also very helpful on the phone this morning. Thank you all.

The Karcher Center in Brisbane North closed down and I was having issues with my K5 pressure washer. Because there was no mobile service team on the Northside, they were kind enough to collect it and take it down, and then send it back via a courier. The center manager Hayden Boyle personally took an interest in my machine and really went the extra mile. Honouring my warranty, and replacing parts that needed replacing with no questions asked, and then testing the machine. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and care about the customer.

The people here are genuinely passionate about their product and name. It says to me that the company values integrity highly and it filters all through the ranks. That’s more than enough to earn my loyalty to the brand.

Best service here, the lady even helped wipe my car down and put a coin in for me to finish up my vacuuming! Only had a bit left and it had run out. Super friendly and did a great clean! Thanks guys:) will definitely be back again

I broke a hose fitting on my older K3. It had the part number marked so I called Karcher Acacia Ridge. No problems. Nothing could be easier and it was an efficient and friendly call. The part had to be ordered and it arrived on time as promised. The same young guy then called me and offered to post it out. Again friendly and efficient.

It took me a week to get to the store and j think I was served by the same guy. Again it was easy and didn't take long to get my part from the back.

Next I asked for some advice on using detergent. Without blinking his advice was wise, spot on and genuinely helpful.

None of the above sounds exciting. But it IS. It's so rare to get 100 per cent perfect service and all for a $5 part! I've had much worse service from a 5 star hotel.

Seriously, this was a 6 star experience. All the basics were faultless. Plus he went the extra mile. Well done and Thank you!

Went to the store today and was greeted by Hayden, he was very helpful and knew almost everything about the products we purchased. Very enthusiastic and happy to help! Sam also made sure we had been looked after and seemed like he enjoyed being at work. Would 100% recommend shopping in store at Acacia Ridge and will return to that store for my next purchase.

The lack of basic knowledge about their own products is unbelievable.
Waste of time talking to them.
Karcher fittings are easily the most pathetic and infuriating.
As though they are deliberately designed to confuse and annoy.
If only I hadn't paid $1100 for what seems like a heap of junk.

One of the best car wash places, definitely our go to! The product used is good quality, won’t be disappointed if you go here! It always leaves our cars sparkling.

Better to go into this store than to wait for weeks on end for Bunnings to order and supply the parts. Excellent service - my next purchase will be the hard floor cleaner. I have a pressure washer, vac and steam mop - all excellent products!

I have visited the Karcher store on several occasions - including with a request for support for a community program I run. The Karcher products continue to be of the highest quality, the range of spares is great and the staff have always been super helpful

I broke the hose clip on my K2 pressure washer, was advised by Karcher Australia that Bunnings would have the spare part (which of course they didn’t) was out near Karcher Acacia Ridge and thought they wouldn’t have the part but will try anyway. Low and behold they had TWO. So amazing best thing ever. So helpful went out of his way to ensure I had what I needed. If you need anything Karcher THIS IS THE PLACE!

Great service from DavidK … ordered out stock item from Melbourne for delivery in 10days or so. David also showed us a book outlining the history Kärcher.

I dropped my commercial grade machine off with a simple broken cord issue. That was 17 days ago. I ring to get status and as no one answers it diverts to Melbourne they email archerfield to follow up.no response.i ring and request call back no response.i email and get told service manager will call me back.no response. Finally got a call from the Service manager to be assured quote would come through today.guess what.no quote. Finally got my quote and they want to charge me 1 hour labour to generate the quote and consumables.then 2 hours in quote to fit new electrical cord and new head for hose.

I would choose 0 star if its available.
Bought a commercial mechaine, broken in a month.
No proper warranty service. Never buy again.

Salesman was very helpful when I came in to store looking for a solution to clean our out door area at home. He was honest with what would and wouldntt work and seemed genuienely interested in helping us.after using the high pressure water blaster this afternoon with all the attachments I;m very happy with how everything has turned up.u can count on me coming back for more.cheers,

The sales rep David Kelly supplied the part number for the Pipe cleaning attachment for my petrol engine Karcher after the 1800 number could not answer my query. The pipe cleaner managed to dislodge a long root ball in a storm water pipe. Now I am ready for the next storm.
