Great butcher, haven't had a bad experience yet. Rib eye on the bone, beef short ribs and the buffalo wings are some of my favourites.
Marinated Beef Ribs from the Kalbar butcher absolutely delicious. Slow cooked for six hours.

Year in, year out always the best quality meat and now freshest seafood for Christmas. Well priced and something for every budget. Highly recommend marinated pork ribs. To diet for.
We had the best Pork and Lamb roast last weekend. They did an awesome job with the rolled meat for our spit roast. We came with 5 caravans from out of town and stayed at Show grounds. Great little town we will all defiantly be back.
Friendly staff, very nice bacon and sausages, marinated chicken wings are delicious too
