Kaisercraft reviews
17Although I am happy with my purchase the customer service today was terrible. I smiled at the lady managing the shop as she walked par and she gave me a nasty look. I then went to buy my mug that had unique markings on it and asked if I could buy the display one instead as I liked it more. All she had to do was swap it from the one in the box. She huffed and looked at me like I was asking her to swim to China. Then she puts the two mugs up and starts comparing them still looking unimpressed and begrudgingly swaps them. I left the shop feeling like I was the problem and I never want to go into that particular Kaiser shop ever again.
This store has a wide selection of products and heaps to look at. Store is well set out, and always neat and tidy. Unfortunately most staff don't seem knowledgeable about stocked items and aren't overly enthusiastic about offering assistance
This shop has alot of creative ideas and lots of gifts for when your buying presents for someone
What a fantastic store! Heaps of ideas for different gifts! Get rid of the 2 dollar shops and put more of these about.
My wife loves this store so I definitely do. It's the type for craft product that you see online and wish they had had a shop front and they now do. I know all the craft groups were thrilled when they opened.
When this store first opened it had a large variety of card and scrapbooking materials. I only associate these products with the Kaisercraft name. Sadly that stock is reducing and there's soaps, baby clothes, giftware. Don't like the limited cardmaking products. I only shop when it's 50% off and I stock up on papers. Very disappointing. I was over the moon when it first opened. The local Spotlight has more variety of scrapbooking/cardmaking products. Looks like I'm going back to Spotlight.
Nice store. I can spend the whole day in that store. So many things to choose from. Love that store️
It has some different items. But find alot is overpriced. If time, shop around. Similiar items cheaper elsewhere.
Great sop for craft accessories and gifts, its well laid out and bright. My wife loves this shop.
Well presented. Had a lot of variety. Would like to see higher end paint brushes to select from even if in base pack if individual proves too expensive.
Kaisercraft is by far one of my favorite stores in Brisbane. So much variety in products too. I went in to buy some cards and a new notebook and walked out with all that and a really nice leather briefcase.
Reasonably priced products and nice staff. Love it!
When shop first opened it was great. Stock now seems to stagnate, it doesnt seem like all new products are in shop. Or there is so little of new stock that it goes fast very quickly. Staff are very friendly but very hard for staff working to be as valuable as they are stuck on till. The shop is clean cut, no real atmosphere and very clinical feel. Shame as there ar ed some great Kaiser products out there but it seems that other arts and crafts shop have more Kaiser products than actual Kaiser shop
Cool store, could expand their brands a bit more for different price ranges. Gifting as well as craft stuff. Some nice journals and stationery. Lovely staff.
Love this store. Sale days are busy but what great bargains.worth being patient and waiting your turn. Cant get 50% online.
I really like this store and love shopping here but not on the sale day. There was 50% off all Kaisercraft products and we spent over an hour in the line because one staff member was having trouble scanning one item. That one lady was at the register for 40 minutes. You would think that Kaisercraft would have learnt from their opening day that their system can’t handle the volume of customers. They would have gotten more sales if the had a portable atm or just extra service to try and process sales. I saw about 5 or 6 people ahead of me who left because of the line. One lady had to leave because she get like she was going to faint because of the heat in the store. The air conditioning couldn’t cope with so many people in the store at once. The only thing that made it bearable was meeting a nice lady to chat to for over and hour wait in the line. I was really disappointed with their service today and the problem could have been solved if they had of just learnt from their mistakes. Won’t be shopping here again anytime soon.
My daughter just wanted ONE item but because it was sale day the staff refused to let her jump the que even though she had been in line for over half an hour and I was trying to keep my disabled son occupied. I found them understaffed for a sale and so very disappointed in their response. I will NEVER shop here again. Everyone was so distressed. Even those walking out of the shop were making negative comments about the waiting time.
