I have been going to kaboom for a while now, the store is always clean, the service is always great. Easy to pre-order any new comics coming out, it's always great to have a bit of a chat with the friendly owner.

My wife and I are lucky to visit the store once every few months. The guys always seem to remember who we are. They treat my 5 year old daughter (who is just beginning her exploration of all things comic and geek) with absolute respect and dignity, and when they ship their orders it is always done promptly and accurately.

If you are interested in any capacity about comics but are hesitant to start because you feel overwhelmed by the 70+ years of comic history - Kaboom has got you covered! A few years ago my wife wanted to join me in my enthusiasm for comics but felt overwhelmed. We went in to see Todd at Kaboom and he gave us a wonderful road map of graphic novels to start with. 5 years later and my wife is now happily reading along with no stress, collecting her own series as well. We even got into a few trading cards games together through there! Never too late to start reading, Kaboom will sort you out!
