I absolutely love this shop and the staff. They are kind, approachable and really know their products. They aren't pushy and really care about their customers and what they sell. There are no words to truly explain just how much I love this store and the ladies that work there.

The staff were absolutely terrific, I’m from Melbourne, I was in accident at the airport my arm was broken, I had seen the shop online and spotted it on the way home to catch the plane, It was difficult to try anything on with my broken arm but they helped me manage. When I came home I purchased a lovely pair of esmeralda earrings, the online staff were a credit to the company. Thank you again.

Friendly wonder helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful clothing. Sizes to fit every shape but not a high run in each so you will not bump into everyone wear them. Inspirational gifts that would suit the hardest of hard to buy for people. If they do not have something they get order it in for you nothing is too much trouble.

Kat (I think that's her name) was so helpful. I ended up purchasing 3 items and can't wait to go back. Love this shop. My new favourite.

I got to the stage of trying on 2 dresses and would have appreciated some help/advice from a sales assistant before this. One did ask how I was going through the curtain when I was dressed again. Thought it a bit strange in a shop like this they didn't offer to help me decide which of the two best suited me.
But I am a big girl and could have asked and I can work it out which suits best for myself.
It is just the difference between buying on line or from one of those big impersonal stores.
Yes there were 2 assistants and no there were no other customers in the store.
The sales assistant was lovely when I was paying etc and the little perfume is a nice touch.

Wow.what great service. I hadn’t received such honest and friendly service in a long time. Not only did I fit into their clothes I’m a size 20! I felt like I wasn’t shopping in a “different” part of the store. They had really nice dresses for all shapes and sizes. I had such a fun time in the store, I ended up purchasing two dress which I wear regularly now. So thank you thank you for an amazing experience!

I LOVE this shop! It has the most beautiful clothing, with fabrics that are soft, light, feminine and so lovely to wear. Perfect for GC summers. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Awesome range of jewellery and gifts too. I will keep coming back. Highly recommended.
