This was my first experience at K Thomas and I absolutely loved it. The staff members were really nice and welcoming.
Sandy was my hair stylist for the day. She is not only an expert but also very kind and patient. Thanks for the amazing haircut Sandy. I am so happy with the outcome:)!

Been here twice, both times Maisa has given me such a great service. I’m trying to grow my hair out to a wolfcut, I got a cut and thin both times and I couldn’t be any happier, highly recommend asking for her she’s lovely to deal with:)

This was my first time visiting K thomas hair and beauty, and as soon as I stepped into the room I felt welcomed. I had to bring my little 3yr old with me, and was very anxious about it so I brought along my mum to help. But after the warm welcome and the beautiful interactions that they each had with my son especially Sam who went above and beyond to ensure he felt welcomed and happy, I won't feel like I need to bring my mum next time. Sam did such an amazing job with my haircut and was so welcoming and really made me feel at home. After having some pretty terrible experiences and awful haircuts I'm so happy that I came here and had the lovely Sam cutting my hair. I can't wait to come back again! And will definitely be recommending Sam as a hairdresser!

K thomas salon has such amazing service, the coffee was amazing! I just got my hair washed and blow dried and it looked so healthy and felt amazing after.the head message was absolutely perfect felt so relaxed, there team was so happy and bubbly and made the experience so lovely.definitely will be going.

The salon was dirty, first customer of the day and the floors and seats were filthy and the place stank so bad they had the door held open. The owner wanders through eating and dropping food, before sitting down with her lotto saying kids suck the fun out of everything and making snide comments about employees.my scalp has been left very sore from having my hair pulled and my head shunted around by the roughest stylist I've ever had to the point the hair dryer heat actually stung. Got home to find there is still hair dye all over my scalp and forehead despite all her scraping which has left my skin raw! Do not recommend in the slightest! Disgusting experience that I was charged $200 for!

Highly recommend Sam and her team. Sam helped me out for my wedding 6/5/23 with only a week notice for myself and 5 bridesmaids to get our hair styled. Not only was her team lovely, they were all so professional and did a great job on all of us. Sam made sure she did the final touches on everyone before we all left just to make

Thank you for accepting my offer to help / assist in your staff learning and development. First time I have been to your business as I normally visit the chains (aka Stefan, S & S). I had no real idea on what I wanted so I left it up to the stylist -I’m so sorry - I didn’t get your name ️. After a chat - the decision was done and the adventure began. The results are more than what I expected or have had. Time wise - 2hrs and done … even at Stefan’s - it can take 2 hrs for just a trim! … so the time it was done was also amazing as well. My shock came though when you mentioned my ends were bad …. I kept it to myself but I had visited Stefan a week ago and asked for -a Trim ($100 later) - so that has made me realise Stefan is no longer for me.

Had half head foils done today with apprentice Charlie, she was absolutely lovely and done a great job. Sam was also really nice, very helpful and informative on how to repair my hair after health issues has left it damaged and unable to get any length. Enjoyed my time in the salon today and other clients in store left looking great and seemed equally as happy with their results.

Kate did an amazing job with my hair today, turned out exactly how I had explained. The Staff are friendly. Overall great atmosphere. Most definitely be back as a regular:)

Absolutely incredible service. Top 3 hairdresser experiences in my life! Took my 10 year old and she loved it too! She was raving about the ladies and how she was actually consulted and felt heard. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere.
Everyone was so knowledgeable and passionate. Came out with incredibly soft hair that I just couldn’t stop touching and a great amount of knowledge to look after our hair types.

Another very happy and successful visit. I love how my hair is looking and the team in the Salon are beautiful, kind, helpful, caring and friendly ladies. Thank you again?

I loved this place! It was such a friendly environment and the woman who cut my hair (sorry i forgot her name but she had very short blonde hair) was so nice! The hairwashing felt so nice and the hair looks amazing! Thankyou!

K Thomas should be so damn proud of the women who work in the mango hill/ north lakes store.
They transformed me and made me feel like myself again. They were so patient, kind and weren’t put off by my awkwardness! They also accommodated and occupied my son who is 19months and an absolute adorable terror while they made my hair beautiful! I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the lovely woman doing my hair but my god I don’t want to go to anyone else, she has made me so happy?
