I find it harder to buy clothes for my age so I headed into Just Jeans to see if they had anything I liked, but I didn't end up buying anything. Nice clothes and helpful staff that were quite friendly. Will keep going back into their stores.

Was served by a lovely blonde girl by the name of Morgan and she was extremely helpful and guided me to the best options for me. Would shop again!

I want to notice about customer service. There is a one staff. She looked short and skinny type. She was very rude.
I tried couple of jeans and I couldn’t payed. Because those wasn’t suit for me. I explained why I couldn’t buy any jeans that moment. But when I said she stopped smile and looked other side. And she made stopped what I told to. I think this was very rude. Because this was my decision. Hope she’ll figure out. I won’t back store. Good luck.

I went shopping at Just Jeans Chermside store on 17/07/2022. Lucky for me, Kath (Katherine) was there to help me. Shopping for clothes is something I avoid as I find it really overwhelming.

Kath was great and made shopping fun and easy. She helped me find outfits that suited me, and she did not try to sell me anything that didn't look good on me. I went home excited about wearing everything I purchased. Thank you Kath, you rock!

Excellent customer service from Janna who helped me find some jeans! She knew the stock well and made good suggestions based on my preferences and body shape.

The ladies at the Chermside store are absolutely lovely! Very accommodating and helpful. The customer service they provide is excellent, and they are welcoming from the time you step foot into their store to the time you walk out. I would highly recommend going and checking out the store because they have some fantastic deals and sales. I've gone back numerous times in the past 2 weeks and haven't been left disappointed.

Went into Just Jean on Friday 21 at Jan 2022 looking for a pair of jeans, the lovely young lady that helped me was so helpful + full of knowledge of all the jeans + how they fit I’m very difficult to get clothes to fit, she put some clothes in the changing room for me and l was amazed how these outfits looked + actually fitted.
I ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans + 5 tops plus everything was on special.
What a wonderful shopping experience thoroughly recommend you to visit.

The guy on 25th July 2021 with man bun and earrings, was improfessional and not paying attention to customers but the other girl helped everyone

I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me find the perfect pair of jeans that I didn't even know I wanted but wished I'd discovered a long time ago. I was looking for Mom jeans and she recommended a different style which I was unaware of but it is the best, most comfy, softest and flattering pair of jeans I've ever owned! She was very attentive and gave honest feedback and didn't try to "sell" me any products. The Levi jeans were on sale too! So happy!

Sensational customer service from Penny yesterday. Penny was knowledgeable, approachable & very helpful. She was on by herself and managed to attend to all fitting rooms whilst serving customers at the same time. Her top notch service should be recognised!

The store was very busy at the time I went in and I was in a very big hurry. All the girls were attentive to all the customers present and gave great advice. I received and had to take a very important call right as we were finalizing my transaction and had to walk away from the counter. The wonderful lady that served me looked after all my things until I returned to the store. Honestly very comfortable and relaxing service!

On Christmas eve eve, I went in and was served by a lovely lady, despite it being 3am.
She helped me find the right jeans that felt great.
Good sales too!
