Just love this place. The manager there is super lovely, always helpful and will always go out of her way to find out from other stores if she doesn't have your size.customer service is 120%!

Very nice staff. Friendly and willing to help. Mandy the manager is the best. Looks after her customers. Always willing to help. Plenty of stock. Gives time to try things on and no pressure. Can't rate the service high enough.

Thank you to Maddie (not sure of the spelling) the lovely, kind, thoughtful, high vibing, knowledgeable goddess who helped me yesterday (4-8-2022) to get the “right fit” jeans and some coloured tops to go with. Maddie wanted to see what I looked like wearing the clothes she kindly chose and, took the time to style me as I went. Now for most city chicks this comes naturally but for me this was not innate, my life has been farms, I can teach you how to dress warmly lol. So I really want to acknowledge Maddie and the wonderful soul she is. The orange top looks so good even with fluffy arms. Thank you so very much. May you never need for anything. Ingrid.

What a customer service ladies. I came at 5pm on Wednesday and the ladies took their time to recommend me items, change the sizes an all that with the smile on. Your staff including the manager is an asset to your brand. I didn't plan to spend that much but they made me want to buy everything. They deserve a pay raise. Very rare to find staff who will stay back after closing with pleasure and happiness on their faces. Thanks again ladies, i will be back.

About a week and a half ago my daughter & I stopped in to look at jeans and we were expertly helped by Carla, who was truly lovely as well as knowing her product! Such a great experience and we were really happy with the time she spent with us and the jeans and top we bought. Carla is such an asset to your store - a true gem - not pushy but a genuine caring salesperson! Thank you Carla!

It was a lovely experience, the staff was very helpful and attentive. I am very pleased with my purchase. However, I noticed the store was very dusty, as a retail employee myself I was appalled at the low standard of cleanliness, the floors in the dressing room were dusty. Behind the monitor at the counter were two huge dust bunnies. I was a bit too shocked to say anything but I hope they know that their customer service is amazing, but the store really needs a good clean and for it to be maintained.

Huge selection across all jean fits and colours. Lovely and incredibly helpful staff member named Ilona made the process of finding what you were after so much easier. She was serving multiple customers but still managed to deliver amazing customer service to each one of us in the store. I’ve probably tried on over 50 pairs of jeans, no exaggeration, in the days prior trying to search for the right pair and I finally found them here. They have become a staple piece in my wardrobe especially over these colder days. This will now be my go to stop when in need of some new denim!

Mandy of Just Jeans is one of those lovely souls that makes (usually) tedious shopping an absolute pleasure. She is a superb staff member any company would be very fortunate to have. I had bought a few jeans and the quality wasn't that great. I went to inform and the lovely staff Mandy and Syke helped me search for clothes that were not Made in China. I got a good bargain as a replacement and excellent quality as the replacement was from Pakistan and Portugal. Cotton from these countries is great in quality and last longs. Both the lovely ladies went out of their way to help. Such exceptional and excellent customer service. Thank you Mandy and Syke, you both are wonderful and very helpful. Much appreciated.

Just wanted to say what wonderful service I had today at your shop. I had bought a dress and it was faulty, the lovely assustant tried to source me a replacement dress and fixed the issue in minutes, with no hassle or stress.

I would like to thank Ilona for her excellent customer service. I found two pairs of jeans that I really liked but one wasn't available in my size. Ilona organised free delivery of the jeans I wanted which arrived at my house about 3/4 days later. They are fabulous and I am extremely happy. Thanks again Ilona!

Staff was friendly and very helpful, great selection of Jean products and some everyday shirts for men and woman. Well kept shop too! Prices may be scary, but you get quality for your money, and as long as you give the staff your patience, a perfect fit too.
