Just Jeans

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Sophie. She is a literal sales superstar. I came in today looking for a very specific fit, length, and colour, and she knew exactly what to offer. We all know that jeans shopping isn’t easy, but today I found the perfect pair with her help.
I will be telling all of my friends to go and see Sophie at Just Jeans in Carindale from now on!

Had a very positive experience today. Alex was able to help me find the jeans I needed for my event this week very quickly and easily. Also explained the differences well and was very knowledgeable about the rewards program. Great experience.

Small store with plenty of options. Staff are always helpful. Company policy of online is different to in-store is stupid.

Absolutely terrible staff/ customer service. I had so much trouble trying to get the staff to even acknowledge I was in store let alone help me. They were too busy discussing their personal life. I went to jeans west where I got excellent service and bought three pairs of jeans. Will NEVER go back to just jeans!

Pushy sales staff, to a ridiculous level… I regularly shop at Just Jeans and find staff usually helpful and friendly, but every time I have been into this particular store I have found their approach to be the same.

I was in the other day and ended up buying 4 pairs of jeans from this store. Honestly, the price and quality of the Jeans where fantastic and the two Ladies that served me where so kind and helpful, there service was second to none, I will definitely be back.

The manager Tempany is awesome. I walked in I was acknowledged and offered the help I needed. Unlike the LOWES store in the same shopping mall, Seemed like LOWES staff intentionally ignored me. It's just Jeans from now on.

Went here a few weeks ago and just want to say the lady working there was such a delight, the best customer service at a store.

I just really want to congratulate the staff here at the Carindale Just Jeans store. I have only ever had great experiences when going to this particular store. Twice this week they have done everything they can to help me out and make me feel like a truely valued customer. Thuesday Bree and Kylie helped me find exactly what I was looking for really quickly and saved me the absolute nightmare that is usually my life when shopping for Jeans. I appreciated their kindness and attention to detail, they knew what to ask me so I was in and out as quickly as possible. Thankyou. Today I needed to go back for my husband, and even though both of the girls were absolutely run off their feet, Kylie and Scarlet helped me find what my husband needed without me needing to bring him in store. They both had such smiles on their faces even though I gave them a hard task. I just gave my husband the jeans and they were exactly what he wanted. Thankyou girls for making my life that much easier and I will be back.

5 star plus plus for the service and help provided by ALL the staff here. Special mention to Shania. Cannot praise her enough with all her help that she provided with styles, the colour impact on the blue and black jeans when it came to sizing (who knew that was a thing and she was right!) and just her demeanour in customer service. Absolutely impressed and above all appreciate.

Been looking for a pair of flattering black jeans for such a long time and finally found them. Thank you JJ, and Shania.

Will definitely be back and recommend to my family where to shop for jeans.

Awesome staff! Bought a pair of jeans this afternoon (25/05/20) - Jason was an absolute legend in helping me find the right ones. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the young lady that was there but she was lovely too. Thank you!

Carindale manager was not very helpful or nice but garden city workers were super helpful and kind!

Female staff member was very friendly and helpful recommending and helping us find the right fitting jeans.

Fantastic customer service, a young lady working alone serving & looking after at least 10 customers at once didn’t miss a beat - impressive

Lovely clean store with plenty to choose from. Only downfall was having inadequate staff on for the day I visited. During my visit the 2 ladies were working hard to both service the counter, greet and assist customers browsing and offer help to those in the changing rooms. However, with a little patience, the 2 ladies managed the best they could. Having a third person on would obviously have been better but I understand this was probably not their fault. I'm very happy with my purchase, it was %30 off too!

Whether youre browsing or shopping up a storm you will get treated like a first class customer. Staff always ask if I need help or a change of sizes and I even had a pair of jeans posted to me that they didnt have in stock. A bonus having afterpay in store without a minimum spend. I buy most of my clothes here and will continue to do so.

I am a Just Jeans fan - i love the clothes and the jeans are always a great fit but not all stores are the same. I have found Carindale provides the best service. Always friendly and always helpful. On Saturday Lib helped me with purchase of two pairs of jeans and she was amazing and really made my day

I was happy to find a Salon where I did not need to book an appointment and is reasonably priced. I found someone who Listened to what I wanted. Truth is, I would only get my hair done by Sheelani.:)
