Just Cuts Rockhampton

I'd like to thank the wonderful Kia for cutting my grandson Arlo's hair. You did an amazing job. You made him feel safe as he gets quite anxious. I certainly will be bringing him back again.

Took my daughter for a hair cut and the lady was absolutely rude. Didn’t want to listen to what type of hair cut we were after, argued that my daughter wouldn’t be able to maintain the style. Despite my daughter having the exact hair cut previously with no issues at all.

Took my 3 year old daughter for her first haircut and Melissa was absolutely amazing! Made it such an enjoyable experience for both myself and my little girl and she listened 100% to what I was after. Thankyou so much ladies

Most appalling boys haircuts I’ve ever had.they have no idea what’s scissors are or how too use scissors for a style cut all they want is to use clippers lazy and the price is joke with no school discount like other stores $76.00 later just to top it off never again and I’d can’t recommend anyone take their kids there very disappointed and pissed the name says it all.

My hair was extremely damaged and needed some TLC after at home bleaching. They weren't judgy and didnt push me to buy their products. They took their time and my hair is so healthy & cute now. Will absolutely go back.

Tried 3 times on 3 different days to get a haircut and on all 3 days I was told they were either too busy, all booked out or there was a 1.5 hr wait, even though there were no clients in the shop and all staff were sitting around on their phones.

Very poor customer service.
Asked for a trim off the ends, took ALOT of my long hair, ended up cutting it nearly to my shoulders, charged me $119 for a “trim” and “straightened” my hair because they were going to leave it short and fuzzy half damp. Still left with frizzy hair took her 10 minutes to cut and straighten. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tried to charge me $32 just for a fringe trim, then continued to discriminate against me because I have dreadlocks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

She layered my hair after I told her not to cause I have curly hair but if it’s layered it just goes really fuzzy

Hubby had a hair cut. Was spoken to rudely by the staff person accusing him of being late (even though he was early). Cut is terrible, as he has a bit sticking up at back.

Just walked in, no apppintment, asked for a trim on my curly hair and I was very satisfied with results. Lady really knew how to cut curls. Very happy.

Entered store & closing at 4.30pm? Ah advertised at 5.30pm.cool Ill just contact the whole company themselves for a complaint, bad business.

Rude staff! When we went to take our toddler and saw it was $37 for a 2year Old boys haircut we said we were going to leave as unfortunately couldn't justify that. She got very rude and said "well they are the hardest to do". We went to a barber and paid $20, our boy happily sat still for them.

Very nice lady's I walked in used there appointment computer on the front desk 20 minutes later I'd had my haircut an was on my way home

I always have a great experience with jess everytime i see her alwayd having a laugh and always up for a conversation love her work only girl i will see

Hard to get a haircut there have gone to another hairdresser after 7 yrs also hard to get the same hairdresser twice seem to have big staff turnover

My experience was awful, I will not be going again. I asked for a fringe trim, one cm off my ends and my undercut shaved all the way back. My fringe is not straight at all.she took over a inch off my ends and did my undercut at a number 2 or something.honestly it was a waste of money now that I have to go to another hairdresser to fix the mistakes of ur employee. Very disappointed.

I got a hair cut today I asked for short back and sides and usually when u go to somewhere I get some cut off the top but the hairstylist pretty much shaved my whole head and now I look like a egg wouldn't get one there ever again and they jacked the prices up on the weekend and all they said was sorry we can't glue it back on I cant fix it

Had a lady do my hair she was chewing gum in my face haircut was all uneven and all over the place fringe was horrid she cut me 3 times with trimmers and didn't thin my hair went to a barber straight after to fix.

Got a woman who has very little understanding of English. She was a bit rough washing my hair and couldn't understand my requests. All other staff were too busy to even catch their eye.
Please employ English speaking staff!
