JUMP! Swim Schools Jimboomba

Our experience with Jump! Has been nothing short of fantastic! The instructors genuinely care about improving their students’ swimming abilities. They take the time to build a relationship with each child and they know their strengths and weaknesses. The indoor heated pool meant we could keep swimming lessons happening year round and not worry about our kids losing skills over winter. Both of our children love their swimming lessons and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our family have been swimming at Jump Jimboomba for several years now (since our 4.5 year old was 1!). We love that the pool is indoors AND heated! So that the kids can keep swimming all year round.
We especially love the wonderful teachers that the kids have Consistency, encouragement and care is turning our kids into strong and confident swimmers!

My little girl started at jump petrified of the water, would scream and not want to do anything without being held, would not even put her head anywhere near the water, in a short period of time Kahryn has been able to get her swimming by herself! And is continuing to improve her technique.

A manager who is unwilling to listen to feedback and adapt to change and is more focused on herself then helping children and other teachers in the pool. Your teachers who make an effort and assert authority in the pool get more results from the children, every child is different and each go through stages of being disruptive or having more time with the teacher this can be the result of being bored in the pool from lack of change, being behind other children and not confident in the pool or numerous other issues. On a number of occasions we approached you for help and asked to change the teacher due to the fact there was no structure or authority in the pool as to who was the teacher and who the child. Your disgusting attitude and response as to say move him out and other parents dont want their children in the same class is not only poor management but a horrid approach to someone who has clearly asked three times for him to be moved. As for saying that the parents dont want their children in the same class, that is a form of bullying and should never be used as a response from any manager. These children all go through different stages in their swimming and life and each and every one of them will overcome anything with the correct support. We moved to another Swim School where he has started to excell again because of the support and encouragement shown from the teacher. He is actually learning in the pool and building his confidence instead of being left at your swimming school where he was put down and judged. On speaking to a number of parents who have been to your swim school everyone has said the same that you are unprofessional. In one lesson at his new swim school he was back to himself swimming and learning to his level and beyond. Your poor management is also demonstarted in your incompetence to send parents invoices before their fees are due and then insinuating they had been sent. Put in place a bahavioural management system for your benefit and the benefit of parents and children.

We booked for learn to swim lesson and they cancelled it without letting us know but that was not before we sat around for over 30 minutes outside while they did not answer the phone. And then no solution was offered to our screaming child when she didn't get to swim. We will have to find a swim school that wants our business and it won't be a jump school.

Such a great place to bring your kids to learn how to swim! My daughter goes here & she loves it. I love that this place is purely just for teaching kids how to swim. There's change tables, shower, play area with a Tv.
