It's my son's favorite place to go. Staff are amazing, pricing is great and most importantly, my son loves it

Brilliant my son started of just a visit now signed him up for classes he's loving it 5 star to all the friendly stuff above an beyond

2x out the of 5 play zone were not to be used as they has paid trainers using these spaces. The place is very small so it didn't leave alot of room for all kids to play. I understand there are rules to keep kids safe but it was very extreme my 4 year old boys were scared to even jump for the first 20 minutes because they were afraid of being told off. I wouldn't come back again.

Great for the kids they had a blast. The staff are a bit rude and seem like they’re in a hurry 24/7. I think slow down and learn some proper customer service.
Website should state that JUMMPS socks are a requirement and need to be purchased.

My daughter keeps asking to come again. Awesome holiday programs and very friendly and helpful staff.

Lots of jumping for all ages. Hourly sessions. Please check website for bookings and prices. There are different areas with different layouts. Dodge ball, air cushion and pro zone to mention a few. For smaller kids an hour is good. For those around 7+ age 2hrs is workable. There is a cantern for snacks and drinks. No alcohol on sale. You can arrange kids parties at the venue. There are also tumble classes for different ages during the week. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

My kids attend Jummps for gymnastics/parkour classes, and they love it. Jummps is a great way for my kids to do an active activity every week, and they also really enjoy it. We tried a bunch of other sports activities before finding Jummps, and this is definitely the favourite.

Very small, the basketball ring is a plastic tub hung on the mesh, a lot of it we couldn't use as the jumpz people were using that area. Bounce was cheaper with the socks. Would not recomend

Thought this was supposed to be a fun place. More like a boot camp. Kids can't do anything that involves having fun. Will not return again.

Have tried several times over the past few years, and always the same sub-par service, yet extremely busy. Arguably chaotic, to the stage that we left after 20 mins (and after paying 2 hours - as a cheaper option).
Pet dislike was a under achieved amount of sitting / tables / chairs for tired parents. Like really minimal. If there is a kids party or bus rocks up, best just stand.
Coffee from outside premises at Cafe was actually quite good. Recommend other trampoline parks

We had my Granddaughters birthday party here yesterday. What a great experience from beginning to end. The staff were so helpful. The birthday cake melted in the heat and the lady in charge was able to reassemble the cake making it look great.
Thank you Jummps for making the day fantastic for all. All the parents were very impressed.

Nice place, however customer service needs improvement. Also needs to be relaxed and not so strict mentality.

Wonderful experience for my 4 yr old. The staff here are so suppoetive and friendly and the facilities are excellent

Been taking my daughter here since she was 1.5 years old. She loves coming here and joining in on the young classes.

Great place for kids and adults. Plenty of room to jump optional jumping areas.has food and drinks available to buy. Has wheel chair access.

Kids loved the day camp that was organised through Jummps. Well organised. They didn't want to leave!

It could be fun for kids over 7 years not under. Also, the place is run with 1 adult and number of teenagers on Saturday!
Won't get much info at the start and during the play will get lots of interference! That took the fun away!

Jumps is gr8 for the kids, staff exceptional. However, myself & my 2 children attended a childs birthday party @ the jumps establishment recently & from the adjoining buisiness, golf club i beleive? Patrons from that premises spilled into the carpark in a violent brawl with @ least 40 people involved in an out of control violent fight that had all parents & children afraid & upset. I really dont think its a good fit, for a childrens play activity be conducted in such close proximity to this venue when their security cld clearly not secure the publics safety from their patrons. My rear window was punched in, with my child in the seat & glass in face & mouth. Absolutly unacceptable. I hope the management of all businesses in that locality are assisting police with their investigation, including cctv. Do something about bringing those to justice or your buisiness will suffer. I have not even been contacted by the police after my official complaint, i cld easily identify the perpetrators from cctv. Police do nothing. I hope the businesses value their reputation. Absolutelu disgusting.
