I went to Jsl phone repairs to change my phone battery.
The shop manager told me he could do the service but there was a small risk that the phone's screen could break and the price could go up to $300.
Stupidly I accepted and obviously after an hour of waiting I was informed that the screen had broken during the reparation.
I paid $300 and left.
I had to go to the shop again because the battery didn't work and the manager got me another battery and coincidentally this one didn't work either, every two minutes the battery died. For the third time I went to the shop and after my complaint and the refund request I was told that the refund could only be $250 because I would have had to pay $50 for an ineffective job plus they would have given me the phone without the parts replaced (battery and phone screen) so doesn't matter if you still have problems with the bad quality of the battery that he replaced I have to pay anyway.
End of story I only got $80 back because I was lucky that he could find my original battery. The spare parts they use are of very poor quality.
The battery that was given to me overheated so much that the phone often went into emergency mode because it had to cool down, high risk of explosion. I don't like wasting my time with reviews but at this point it's necessary to make sure someone else is not in the same situation as me.
I will never back in this shop anymore and because of this bad experience I will never go back to any Jsl phone repair I will spread my voice to everyone that I know and explain my horrible experiences.

A fast, efficient and pleasant service. Joy and professionalism, enough to put a smile on your face when you get home with a phone that's as good as new! This shop more than recommended

Did not get the help I was looking for. I wanted to get data transferred off a phone with a screen that was only partially working. I was informed the only way to do that was the replace the screen -$350 and there was no way around it.
With a USB keyboard, some googling and you tube videos I managed to do it myself. I guess this isn't a service they offer but seeing I wasn't looking to fix the phone itself pointing me in the right direction would have been appreciated.

I came in today with a issue with my phone and lockie checked it out for me, he said it would take about 30mins but turns out it didn’t take that long at all, and there wasn’t anything seriously wrong with my phone and because of the JSL phone repairs it didn’t cost me a thing. And he re-did my screen protector now my phone it working perfectly. The service was awesome, would definitely recommend going there

Went in with my sister because her phone screen was flashing a little bit.lockie fixed it for her and and she didn’t have to pay anything, then he put a new screen protector on her phone for free and also put one on my phone for free. Amazing shop, would highly recommend going there if you have any problems with your phone.

They have nice accessories and great prices.

Lochie was the one who served me and he was very warm and welcoming. He had helped me so much with what I was after, and he had me stay in for a while, while I was on break and had a lovely conversation. He done me a great deal and was very awesome.
