A second home to say the least.such a positive supportive environment, where every student is supported no matter their dance experience or ability.i would highly recommend this studio for any dancer, as the studio environment is not at all competitive, yet provides excellent opportunities for those who want to take dancing even further.have made lifelong friends and look forward to attending class every single day.couldn't recommend JSD highly enough

Not that good.i used to dance here and the teachers would yell at me infront of my parents and tell me i need to get better teachers obviously have favourites and its not nice as soon as I got a new teacher i enjoit but quit wasnt my thing and the studio wasnt that good

I have been dancing at js dance for the past 9 years. I started at the age of 2 and the teachers were very patient with me. Js dance is a good environment for any child no matter their age, gender or ability.
I would highly recommend js dance to anyone who wants to have fun and learn new things about dance.

I'd stay well clear of this dance school. Not a healthy environment for any child. So many families have left due to the treatment they've received here.

I have been dancing at JS Dance for the past eight years and it’s like a second family to me. It’s a great atmosphere and challenges me every day. Definitely recommend JS Dance no matter your age ️

I've been dancing at JSDance since 2008 and it is simply the best dance studio ever. Although my lifelong aspiration isn't to become a professional dancer, JSDance has taught me amazing dancing technique as well as life lessons. JSDance cater for every age, ability and gender and it doesn't matter whether you do 1 class a week or 10, you still feel like you are part of a family. JSDance also gave me the opportunity to help assist a class alongside one of their amazing and professional teachers which taught me responsibility and resilience and later on helped me get a part time job. All of the staff and students at JSDance are just amazing people and I have made so many lifelong friends and memories which I will never forget. I love going to dancing every single week and I highly recommend sending your child to JSDance.

Lovely community and super supportive environment. I love coming to dance every week and have enrolled in as many dances I can including Jazz, Tap, Ballet and performance troop. Jazz, Tap and ballet are great for community but also teach me the correct tecnique and give me a wide range of showcase opportunities in both the end of year concert and exam work. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a studio.

I have three girls that attend JS Dance and have done so for the past six years. Life is so very busy and I love that we just do the dance class/es each week and then the end of year concert. There is no pressure to do examinations or eistfords. I am impressed that studio accepts students of all abilities and ALL children are included at the end of year concert. Thanks to everyone.

Really great studio that not only helps children grow with confidence but builds friendships that last a life time. I've been there for 13 years and wouldn't want it any other way. Professional and friendly staff that give children the chance to be there best while having fun.

I loved it until I was rudely asked to leave. I am now happily at Brisbane Dance Theatre at Coorparoo and my dance has improved a lot and I was accepted into Queensland Ballet's summer school program. I would not recommend JS if you are serious about dance.

My 2 daughters have gone here since they were 5. Great school with good teachers. The kids have a ball and then put on a really professional end of year show at the Powerhouse theatre. Our business went under in the flood of 2011 and the dance school assisted by waving the fees that term. Well Done
