They have set the bar high.
From the initial phone call, to the in-store purchases, Aliza blew us away with her bubbly and helpful nature.
Dale also assisted in store and was very helpful and attentive.
Joyce Mayne is very lucky to have them.
I can’t recommend enough to go in and experience the wonderful service and range.
They also obliterated other stores pricing with the offers they had on.

It’s the worst service you would have experienced in your life. Nobody bothers not even the manager. We have our claim for product care and they said they will get back to us very soon. When I didn’t hear anything from them I called to find out what’s happening. Instead of explaining me the situation the lady started talking rude to me and said to me that I was annoying them by calling again and again. Well it’s over a week now and the manager promised he will give me the update soon. Well good luck with this kind of customer service where customer has to call you to find out what’s going on with their order. They have been lying to us that it’s product care which is taking too long to resolve the issue but when I called product care they fixed the issue within seconds and I spent my $1000 in Harvey Norman which I was initially thinking of spending with Joyce Mayne Toowoomba. So good luck guys and at least I won’t be dealing with you guys in the future and will spread the word around the town.

Why do you have to have the most irritating ad on television, it is so awful I have to mute the TV everytime it's on.

Took my elderly family members to buy new phones, the female sales lady was fantastic.
Her patience and assistance was excellent. It was on the 13th august, and just wanted to thank her,
for her professionalism with elderly customers.

Super helpful, Dale and Aliza are great to deal with. Always feel looked after and given a deal so I never have to haggle.

The man who helped me was very nice and the shop was nice and clean. Lot's of stock for people to buy and friendly services.

Went into the store to purchase a whole new kitchen but thought while I'm here I'll get a new cheap dishwasher for one of my rentals, well after the attitude I got from the grumpy man down the back was mind blowing! I don't know if he was just having a bad day or was due to retire 5yrs ago but my $8000 deal went to harvey norman
