I have tried to negotiate a refund or partial refund with Josh after a few attempts at copy for my website. I was not happy with the copy he sent through to me after I paid $250 upfront. Josh is a nice guy but is not quite as skilled as I had hoped. I hate to leave a negative review but I have tried to sort this issue out with two emails and a phone call.

Joshua is a great copywriter. I send him an email telling what niche I need blog about and what keyword I need to integrate. He get it done quickly.
