Absolutely fantastic, my daughters first day and she loved it. Great communication and great staff

We have been extremely happy with the care of our son at Early Birds, Forest Lake. The teachers know all children by name and go out of their way to make the children and parents welcome at the centre. We have been impressed not only with the high quality care but the range of opportunities for the children to learn and develop on a day to day basis.

My 3 yr old son has been going for just over a yr now n we love it all teachers and staff are wonderful kind and helpful my son has a bond with them all he loves his kindy so happy we pick early birds.

The centre has the feel of a small centre. There are some of the same teachers that have been with our son since his first year, and even though our son has progressed to higher rooms, they still have a adorable bond.

My daughter has settled in very quickly and loves attending. She has a lot of fun and is always telling us about the fun things she does there. The director is very friendly and approachable and they are very accommodating.

This centre has far exceeded our expectations. The centre director, Alana, is very approachable, kind and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. All the staff are fantastic and a positive staff culture is very evident. Would highly recommend this centre as a 1st choice in area.

My child attends here and as soon as we started they welcomed him and helped him settle in and now he is thriving. He absolutely loves his careers/teachers and he is learning so much and developing great relationships with friends. I leave him with them feeling confident knowing he is going to be absolutely taken care of and all his needs met. I’m honestly so impressed with this daycare centre. He has attended 4 centres and this is by far the one he has been most comfortable in. They not only make the kids feel at home but they welcome the parents with open arms and as part of their community. One of the most welcoming centres we have ever attended.

Fabulous centre with great, friendly and accommodating staff and child care educators. My child is still adjusting but gets easier each day she goes due to how caring everyone is. Wish I found this centre earlier!

My two kids go to early birds! The kids have settled so well into their new routine. The centre has been so helpful with my son especially who has ASD! They love going and i coudnt ask for a better bunch of friendly. Totally recommend

We were so fortunate enough to get into EBFL for our son as we wanted him out of another local daycare so badly.
We managed to get a spot in early Jan this year, within a few DAYS we noticed a huge difference in our son. He was so happy, cheerful and talkative when we picked him up. He said “I love my new school” every day for the first week. He never drags his feet when it’s daycare days, jumps out of the car and runs in. The staff are unbelievable. From first contact at reception to the carers in the classes. They all know his name and us and the place is filled with laughter, activity and warmth. It is so clean and tidy too! We are more than grateful for Alana getting our son in and the care factor they all show. Highly recommend.

This is the best childcare centre we have been to. They are friendly and really care about the kids. I would highly recommend them. There are always great things to eat, play with and learn. My kids are very happy there. They are always happy to help with anything you need.

My daughter was really anxious about going to daycare but Alana and the team went above and beyond to help her settle and now she absolutely loves it.

We spent a couple of weeks attending play dates before our son started at the centre, after seeing the bond that the staff have with the children we highly recommend Early Birds Forest lake to anyone looking for a child care centre.

The best centre! The staff are fantastic and have wonderful connections with the children. My girls adore all their teachers. From the moment we started we loved it here. Such a warm and welcoming place. Thank you team JB for doing the amazing job you do!
