Ordered a Garmin Forerunner 945 online from Johnny Appleseed which was delivered in less than two days. The watch had a hardware fault synchronising to my phone so I took the watch into the North Sydney store for troubleshooting. The staff at the North Sydney store were very friendly and helpful with resolving the issue immediately. Received an entire new watch replacement which was delivered in less than 48 hours. I recommend this store and would shop there again.

I recently purchased my second RAM X-Grip universal mount as I was tired of changing it from my motorcycle to my car. The first one is over 10 years old and has travelled all over Australia on my bike and car and has always performed flawlessly. I highly recommend this and all other RAM products for quality and performance.

Fairly good service by the young guy. Located the item I needed and was quite polite. Asked if I needed a receipt which I thought would be pretty standard with these sorts of items. Overall very good. Plenty of parking right out front. Modern showroom.

We asked this store to hold an item for us. Rang and asked them to hold one more day due to our inability to come in as planned. Drove 30 minutes to the store to be told they sold it (last one) that morning. Very unimpressed.

I spoke to people in the Brisbane Store and was told that the stock listed on the web site was accurate and that they had the GPS I wanted in stock. I placed the order online but did not have the option for expedited shipping. I rang the Brisbane store again and the person I spoke to changed the shipping method for me. When I checked my order several days later and called Brisbane again I was informed that the unit was on back order. I had received no information regarding this after my purchase. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they gave me a refund.

Good looking durable unit & syncing between the garmin explore app on your phone via the garmin drive app isn't too bad but I still can't sync with my Garmin Explore on-line account. Plan to spend some time working it out before you set off on an adventure. To modify an off-road map on the fly you need to do it on the app on your phone, it doesn't appear that you can do it direct on the Zumo screen.

Looks like a great store with good products and website. However i seen advertised on your website the ability to price match so I was abit shocked when your sales staff wouldn't honour a 5% discount to match a Sydney store for reason of "Unfortunately we’re not able to match prices from special discount offers"

This morning my Garmin GPS suddenly stopped working. After trying everything (unsuccessfully), a salespersons from Repco suggested to go to Jonny Appleseed.
A lovely young man called Brock checked out the unit and was able to get it working again. He didn't even charge me anything. How wonderful was that?

I purchased a Garmin reversing camera online. The purchasing process was simple and seamless. The device arrived very promptly. Installation instructions made install simple and easy and the device worked perfectly as advertised from the get go. It is only day 1 but the experience to date could not have been better.

Only did online trade but their service was superb.and the next time I am in Brisbane I wil ldrop in and say Hello and thank them for their service.
