John Wallace Swim School

Swimming lessons were very non-personal and not catered to the child’s individual needs. My son’s class had 10-12 children everytime. Imagine how crowded it is with the parent with their kids.that’s 20-24 individuals plus one instructor who is shouting all the time (because the class is too big and the noise inside and outside was just overwhelming).

They are not flexible. We came from Brisbane Aquatic achievers and having experienced the class in JW, it is always the same big class on repeat. They refused to give me a refund for the 2 weeks that they have deducted. And not bothered to tell me that they are still deducting it from their system even if I have already requested to leave the school. The front desk person J**** forgot her name really was inconsiderate at all.

We have since moved to a better swim school in MB and little one has improved a lot doing leaps and kicks and enjoy swimming more. I will not be recommending this school to my family and friends.

The best swim school! Excellent instructors - they really get to know each child and build a special relationship! All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Would recommend John Swim 100%!

I am with John Wallace swimm school since my son was 6 months (now 5YO) and my daughter started at 2 months and now is 2YO and jumped confidently into lectures with instructor.all staff are super friendly, and you always meet lovely friendly mums too️. We all love our swimm lessons

Swimming lessons were okay but very non personal too each child’s individual needs. It’s like a McDonald’s drive through. Big groups. Same lesson on repeat. The management are very rude and jobs worth’s. They told me they don’t reply too emails, which seems mad for a business. Very argumentative, and terrible customer service. I have since moved my son to a smaller swim school and he has come on leaps and bounds, not only that but I no longer dread swimming lessons because of the horrible management making there presence feel known

We have been so amazed at the care and experience we have at jwsc. Our daughter can’t get enough of the water and it has a lot to do with the work the teachers do in her class!

I can’t recommend John Wallace Swim School enough!
When my daughter first started a year ago she would refuse to put her head under water and would take weeks of building trust and needed lots of encouragement and guidance from her instructor to finally do it!
Now there is no stopping her! This girl loves the water and will happily dive head first into the water and swim strokes back and forth!

The atmosphere, information and teaching at JWSS Baringa has been fantastic. My son is confident in the water, making great improvements and loving his lessons every week. The pool and changing areas are always at the highest cleanliness standard and nice and warm, even through winter.

Highly recommend to anyone needing lessons for their kids of any age.

Great facility with bubbly friendly staff. Our little one loves going each week. Not only does attending teach water safety but also helps with confidence and other areas of development.

This is the best swim spot on the coast. Highly recommended. 5.30 open is great for lap swimmers. Great Coffee.

Instructors are very patient with nervous littlies. Great way to instill water confidence in children.

I went with my daughter and 15 month old grandson.the place is so well run and the Instructors are amazing.they have the confidence of the parents as well as the kids and they seem to really enjoy teaching the kids.there is a variety of activities and it's all very reasonably priced.the smile and laughing of the little bloke was worth a million dollars

Best Managed Pool i've swum in and swim school highly regarded by everybody l know who attends.

We find JWSS to have such a wonderful atmosphere and they are amazing at what they do. The lessons are tailored to duties and are flexible.thank you
