Quote off photos sent via phone, agreed on dropping off the car on a Saturday week ahead. On Friday night prior, I sent a message to confirm appointment and got reply "sorry mate, no service on Saturday" in a casual way with terrible tone and careless attitude. Questioned why not telling me earlier and he said "we only agreed to help you out", which seemingly trying to put this on me. Will strongly not recommend this. BAD!
