Jo Mercer Chermside

Had the best customer service at this store! I’ve been shopping for new shoes all day and nobody has been as informative or welcoming as the workers did here. Especially Sandra. I’ve been struggling to find comfortable and fashionable shoes that actually fit me and Sandra was so patient and energetic in getting me the best of the best. I ended up getting 2 shoes for both my mum and I and it’s the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Thank you for going the extra mile ladies! Definitely will be back:)

We went into the Chermside Jo Mercer today to purchase some shoes. We were appalled at the lack of acknowledgement from the staff whilst we were in the store, given before we walked out in disgust we were the only customers in the store. The store person was on the computer. Our previous visits to this store the staff where very helpful, even when the store was busy.

I went into the Chermside store a while back to exchange sizes for a shoe I bought with click and collect. While nobody in the store was rude, I did find it inappropriate that one of the sales persons told me that I should be buying from the store as I'm a local, that click and collect is killing business for them and they have to send staff home as a result. And while I do sympathise with them, I believe that this should be an issue that is brought up with management and not customers. I likely won't be going back to that store again.

Bought two pairs of the same style of shoe as did my colleague. Both developed the same fault. Returned to the store and they advised ‘it is a known fault’. Would not return or exchange without a receipt.

Excellent customer service. My wife had a problem with the heels on her Jo Mercer shoes. We coulnt find the receipt but the sales person was courteous and immediately offered a refund. Arranged a home delivery of a new improved pair of the same because the size she needed was not in the shop. Great way of handling the problem, thank you.

Great shoes! Always love my purchases.unfortunately Sandra has a really poor attitude and customer service skills.really condescending for no reason.

Today I went into the shop at chermside to exchange a pair of shoes which my husband had bought me. It was evident that the shoe sole had split in half. When entering the shop I explained to her that they had split shown her the show but unfortunately I didn’t not have the Receipt. The manager explained that was ok but could I show her my bank statement obviously I could not she could see that I had bought them from jo Mercer as they had it on the shoe. I spend lots of money in this store and explained that they were a gift, she was not helpful and would not exchange the shoes this is so disappointing and hurtful. The shoes were $189 and I have previously purchased from this store. The manger was rude and unhelpful I will not be buying from this store again. If something is purchased as a gift and you have not got a receipt why on earth would they not help?

Absolutely amazing experience! Very friendly and supportive team. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes instead of one, and I would buy even more! And I will!

Jo Mercer staff tell you anything to try and get a sale - including wear your shoes at home to see if they fit. When they don’t and you try and bring them back they refuse to help. They also lie directly to your face. Manager at chermside told me she sent email to head office. While I was on phone with them and I confirmed with manager that email was sent she said “no but I might send it later”. No wonder none of the 12 people who walked in store walked straight back out without buying anything.

Today I went to the store and I was just about to buy a new shose for my girlfriend but unfortunately the fat girl she was absolutely rude with us very bad bad manners, she has brown hair and a bit fat the time 3: 15 Pm
