Jo Mercer

I have been in this store (Carindale) several times now and unfortunately each time I have found the staff to be unfriendly and aloof. Customer service is everything, therefore I will not be back.

Very friendly staff, had an unusual fault in a pair of shoes and they were replaced with no hesitation. No judgement or attitude from the gorgeous women working there. Generally fantastic shoes that are worth the spend. Highly recommend.

The selection and quality of shoes and accessories is perfect for me and the staff are always helpful and pleasant.

The shop assistants were friendly and welcoming and gave me good advice about the shoes I bought. The shoes are lovely and I've bought many nice products from the Carindale store.

I had the most lovely experience in Jo Mercer on Sunday (24/3) with I’m pretty sure was the store manager, I think her name started with an A? She went above and beyond for me to find the perfect shoe I was needing/wanting. I shop at many different Jo mercer stores in QLD and her service was miles ahead of anyone else’s. She’s an incredible asset to your company!

I’ve been wearing J Mercer shoes for at least ten years. They are the only footwear I will buy. I’m guaranteed quality and style. Quality is the main reason I buy from JM. The shoes last a very long time.

JM had the shoes I was looking for for my imminent cruise when I could not find them anywhere else. The shoes were of excellent quality and were a great price. The Carindale assistant was honest, helpful and not pushy. She genuinely engaged in conversation about my cruise and was very pleasant and giving if her time. It wad a great experience.

I am a super fan of these shoes, the stores and the staff that are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nearly all of my shoes are from Jo Mercer, the quality is superb, they are well worth the money and the sales are amazing.

I like shoes to buy, but they should be in store on end september, Iwas in store twice A week to ask when they arrive, I was told this week, tuesday - they don't come, so I turn in shop today friday, they apparently arrived today and already were sold in small sizes. I was so many time in shop asking when they arrive? I don't know why they don't offer my service to take my details and contact me when they arrive? Bad customer service, they don't care because they sell the shoes quicky.
