Steve was very helpful and explained product in detail. We brought King bed frame with storage, that not only looks luxurious but excellent quality, solid construction and best of all very affordable price.

Had a minor fault on one strap for the Gracie couch, but Steve responded to the email quickly and offered a replacement straightaway.

Customer service is amazing. All the staff will bend over backwards to help. Even delivered a day early after hours in the pouring rain to ensure delivery after a worker was unable to complete deliveries. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks team

Made the trip out to have a look at lounges and was so surprised at the comfort, quality, and service that I bought a modular lounge, everything was so simple and I couldn't be happier with the lounge and service, have and would 100% recommend these guys and will definitely be back in the future.

I bought a in store bed frame and a new mattress and a chair, they said they will deliver my stuff once paid in a week, after I pay the full amount they didn’t do as they said and let me wait nearly 3 weeks, and some of the bed frame bolts and nuts are missing when I ask about it they said to me that the area that I’m talking about doesn’t have a bolt even though it has a marking of the bolt and nut being removed, and the chair is loose and also missing bolts underneath and they pick it up and a week later they call me that they can’t replace it and I need to wait another week or so, then I tell them to refund my money for the chair. I’ll never buy of them again. Not recommended
