Jetts / Zap Fitness 24/7 Annerley

I have been really disappointed with this gym lately. They changed hands to Zap Fitness from Jetts and they've lost everything that was good. I don't think Zap Fitness is as flexible as Jetts, and that's why I've rejoined another Jetts gym and am currently trying to cancel with Zap. This gym requires you to give them 30 days notice to cancel (when previously Jetts didn't require notice) and because of this I've had to keep paying for this membership when I don't want it. Zap also charges you while you hold the membership, that's right charges you for absolutely noting. You also can't just ring the gym directly anymore, you have to call up, wait on hold and speak to someone in a call centre. If you're considering this gym, I wouldn't, I would go check out another Jetts gym if it's convenient for you.

I am still waiting for my refund. I have cancelled my membership in the end of January 2023 and informed you guys that I don't want to continue because I was travelling overseas but you guys charged me 3 times $29.90 after that last amount was deducted from my account on 8 March 2023. It would be appreciated if you can refund my amount $89.7. I am chasing it from last 3 months.

Terrible they continue to take feels out of my account even after I sent my cancellation form to this club this is the worst club ever send my money back cancellbeen a member for over 15 yrs

Truth:
Lacking equipment.
Did nothing to fight the plan-demic closures.
Minimum group classes.

Positives:
Clean.
Easy parking.
2 toilets.
Friendly staff.

Decent gym, helpful staff
If only they’d answer phone calls and follow up via text/calls which is way more convenient than an email two days later. Literally the only gym that’s so slow to reply to member enquiries?

Gym was good for most levels of gym experience. Can get busy but you can easily work around those times. Manager is great and the function room is good for dynamic workouts. Overall, was happy with Jetta Annerley.

I have been a member at Jetts Annerley for over a year and find the staff very friendly and helpful, in particular the Gym Manager Leah. Leah is always busy improving the gym, cleaning all equipment, talking with members, full of encouragement. She is very professional.

Love the separate functional training room. It has all I need plus space to move around including be able to do sled push/pull and sprints.

Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye due to work-related reasons.however, my time at Jetts Annerley was amazing, the gym has everything you need, it is clean all the time and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to give 5-star customer service to the Gym's Manager Leah, she is such a boss! She is on top of everything going on in the club and always finds time to approach you to give you a warm and welcoming greeting. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Jetts Annerley is a great gym. The team are super friendly and always there to help with any questions or concerns. It also has great facilities and I love the specific functional area separate from the other equipment.

Great management, nice environment and very motivational team. I’ve been with jetts since 3 years Leah is the best manager that I’ve ever met for jetts she looks after the members very well, she give them encouragement and free coaching which is amazing.thanks again Leah.

Staff are very friendly and positive. The gym is small, but there are two rooms and the equipment layout has been well thought out. The second room is very spacious and has 2 racks, a deadlift platform and some dumbbells. I really enjoyed it because it was usually more private and only 1 or 2 other people there.

Also easy to sign up, cancel and pause membership as they don’t do lock in contracts.

Only just signed up but the staff aren't very helpful, they are friendly but time restricted. It really needs 2 staff on shift.
There is a lot of equipment but not much space, plus having to go outside to go to another part of the gym is abit awkward.
Also the sign up was cheap but being charged for the $79 access fee when signing up was a bit sneaky.
Overall unless you live local I wouldn't recommend this gym.

I'm a member of Jetts, signed up the other day. Lady said she put mine and my partners membership through - we go back to visit that night and couldn't get in. Was called the next day and they apologised that the previous employee hadn't put it through - all good. Everyone there is on their phones though and I don't just mean texting constantly, I mean on a phone call at the gym? Weird.

Turned up here in the pouring rain to look at the gym. All doors were locked as it appears this place isnt managed between 1 and 3. But whatever you do dont turn up at 8 minutes to one because they've already shot the coop. Foundation jetts member moved from nz. Seem we have a team that cares in nz. Lucky there are other managed gyms 2 minutes away.

Often over crowded. Poor equipment maintenance. Lax policing of the use of a towel when using equipment.

Busy little suburban gym with 24 hr convenience. Parking is limited onsite. Decent range of weight equipment and cardio machines. Recently claimed a second area to begin running classes (for a separate charge). PT sessions are available with friendly, helpful staff during business hours. Can get busy during peak periods.

Fantastic manager and PT's. A clean and happy environment. I feel a part of the community here!

Lack of equipment comes with small space and gym. Is always crowded no matter the time aswell. The workers there are not friendly and don't acknowledge you if you don't look Australian.
