This review isn't so much for the club as it is for Lewis. My wife and I have had a few problems with memberships and without fail everytime he has come through, going out of his way giving us more than what we asked for.

Amazing customer service and very friendly and helpful, probably some of the best customer service I have ever received from anywhere. Props to him for giving this club and Jetts a really great name.

Great gym with everything you need. The club manager Lewis creates a friendly and welcoming environment, so this is a fantastic place for people of all fitness levels.

Full range of equipment available, not too crowded. Very friendly staff, Lewis always says hi and is happy to help with any issues or questions about machines, equipment, PTs etc.

Lewis has been the most fantastic Gym manager, purely because he is so much more than that.
He's an encourager, a trainer, and always wanted what's best for you.

The gym is a bit smaller than most, but that just makes it all the more familiar and welcoming.

Jetts Capalaba is a great little fitness community. The gym is well equipped and convenient but it’s also really engaging. There are always fitness challenges and everyone has good fun getting involved. But the standout part of Jetts Capalaba is the Manager, Lewis. I’ve honestly never met a more upbeat, happy, energetic, caring and involved gym manager. He knows everyone by name, is always warm and welcoming and is ever ready to lend a hand, whether it’s advice about how to use the equipment, how to maintain good form, spotting, general fitness advice or just an encouraging word to motivate you. Lewis is really the heart and soul of the club and it makes Jetts Capalaba the best 24/7 gym I’ve ever been to.

I love coming here, the gym is always spotless, equipment taken care of and Lewis the manager is fantastic. It's clear that his passion is truly about the health and fitness of everyone, and he goes above and beyond to make everyones goals possible.

Jetts Capalaba is a great gym. They aren’t super busy like other gyms so makes for a relaxing experience. The club manager Lewis is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet, so don’t me shy.
