Jeanswest - North Lakes

The upselling is way to " forced" I felt bad saying no to the young girl. I think this could be more due to management and training, I understand targets need to be met but there needs to be a more subtle way of doing this. Coming from retail myself you need to learn to read a person before trying to upsell. Some people just want to be left alone:)

I first went to just jeans to buy new jeans after having a baby only to be told they don't go up to my size (an 18). So I went to Jeans West very deflated and self conscious, only to be greeted by the most beautiful welcoming team of ladies who made me feel good about myself and to treat myself. They were kind and knowledgeable and I came home with 2 x pairs of jeans that fit my new body and new confidence as well. Thank you ladies so much

Terrible experience today. Tried to ask about returning a damaged item and the girl was so rude. Usually the service there is great but she was unhelpful

Jeans West does fit best. My husband and I always get great customer service from the employees at Jeans West a north lakes. They are so pleasant and helpful. We don’t go anywhere else for our our jeans and the saws are great

Went shopping for my partner who recently has mastectomy due to breast cancer, and the help I recieved was fantastic, but unfortunately the shirts were not the style she liked, today she went back to exchange, the service she received was the best, after have the mastectomy, she is very self conscious, but the support given by the staff here made her overjoyed and now she is excited to go out.

Exceeded customer needs and expectations, Excellent customer service, wide selection of skinny jeans and tops to create stunning and comfortable outfits.

I was attended to by Rebecca from the Jeans West North Lakes store today, and she was AMAZING! She was super attentive in assisting me with selecting skinny jeans to sit at ankle length (styling with ankle boots and flats), demonstrated strong product knowledge on the various skinny jeans that would suit my needs and expectations. Rebecca also checked in on me when I was using the dressing room to ensure the fit and style of the skinny jeans and top were good and I had the correct sizes.

The store also offers tailoring of jeans, so I'm getting a couple of skinny jeans I bought there previously tailored so they sit at ankle length.

There was such a wide variety of stunning and comfortable tops to choose from, and Rebecca assisted me in selecting the right sizes and what would complement the skinny jeans.

At no time did I feel pressured to buy, the customer service was outstanding and it was a pleasure to shop at Jeans West North Lakes with such wonderful staff and the wide selection of skinny jeans and tops to create stunning outfits made my experience such a positive and happy one.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the store and brand (also to get the word out, that this store has the best customer service compared to Just Jeans and City Beach at North Lakes, and the Jeans West product range is wide and diverse).

Lovely friendly service here. Nothing was too much to ask. Was a bit slow to be served as a terminal was down but so much better than the chermside store
