Not honoring refund policy online when over the phone is saying refund policy is business as usual
I live in Western Australia. I did an order Online nearly 3 weeks ago and my 2 tops arrived today from from Jindalee DFO Qld.
Well, the tops were screwed up and thrown in the bag, not even in a plastic bag or neatly folded, just scewed up, and one of the tops isn't even the right colour that i ordered, how can you mistake pattern from plain colour.
Absolutely disgusted, someone obviously does not care & does not like their
job. Now I have to wait again, for the proper top to arrive.

Good sales and specials. Clean and spacious dressing rooms. Sales assistant was extremely helpful, explaining all the different styles of jeans for different shapes. Helping me find what I wanted and giving me a good deal. A customer service win for me!
