I have recently been going to JCU medical and I love itl, one particular reason i love it there is a nurse who works there by the name Tess. F. She’s such a kind and welcoming person, she puts me at ease going to a medical centre knowing I am in good hands! Through all this I’ve always seen her to remain professional through out all our encounters! Nurses like Tess deserve recognition on the daily! Thank you JCU medical for your awesome service! ️️

The professionalism and friendliness and care from this clinic is outstanding. I had a such a warm welcome upon arrival and that followed through with my whole visit. The follow up phone call in regards to my sons sickness really made me feel cared for.

Hi there, I went to JCU today for a dive medical.
After reading a few very bad reviews.
All I can write is, my experience was very lovely. From the guard at the parking, to the 4th year nurse Holly (she was very nice and explained everything) to the wonderful Doctor Prasani (she explained everything as well and was very thorough and very polite and really pleasant).
They said over the phone it will cost $103. And I was able to pay cash. And it was exactly that. I spent about one hour. Even the parking behind the building was free. JCU Health is not too easy to find, but hey, so many friendly people in that building, just ask, as I did.

Dr Yamesha is absolutely amazing. Doesn’t rush appointments at all, is very thorough with her care. I highly recommend her

Today I get the first needle by Dr Sarah Garutti and I suffer a bad attitude. Dr Sarah Garutti always chat with her colleagues. When she prepare to put the needle in my arm she told her colleagues “wait me a second”and then quickly go through the needle. I feel very painful and shut but she never mind and told me go to waiting room and wait 15 minutes. This is the first time I see doctors at JCU when I sit in waiting room I told reception I have bad feedback for that doctor and they also do not care of me. I hope every doctor can finish their current job and then do the well job for patients because if doctors have bad attitude for patients, they will do it wrong.

Both my partner and I use JCU health and we've both had nothing but the best of care. The interactions we've had with staff have been professional, straight up and thorough. If we'd have stayed with our previous doctor at another practise we'd certainly be in a spot of bother. Our doctor here at JCU is interested, listens, is knowledgeable, easy to engage with and is focussed on solutions that will improve our health outcomes.

Had an appointment with Dr Yamesha, first doctor to truly listen to what I had to say without judgement or assumptions. Highly recommend her.

I have appointments 2pm. He take other people in front me 3 to 4.he was call me at 3pm take me in room one minute finished. He told me finished. I don't want to recommend any to see him. He is old like. 0 start to him. ️️️

Absolutely disgustingly rude and unprofessional receptionist named Angela at the front desk. Unwilling to help and totally unqualified for customer service. Appalling, needs to be removed from her position immediately. Never had a problem with any other receptionist there until her.

Been trying for the last 2 days to ring and book in for the Covid jab and the phone rings out!

Get someone to answer the phone or take your number off your web and FB page. Not good enough for an organisation that should be setting the standard.

Great service provided to me by the receptionists, nurses, pathologists, and in particular, Dr Susheel Suvarna. Dr Susheel is warm, congenial and highly professional in his work. Praise God, I am really blessed to have him as my physician.

Smart, clean doctors facility. Located on university grounds. Friendly staff that offer a continuity of care for their patients.

Another Dr surgery that does not accept walk-ins and is booked out fully. My Daughter does not get sick on schedule.

The physiotherapy service provided at this establishment is very affordable. The students (supervised by teachers) provide great advice on the correct stretching and strengthening exercises for injuires.

If there were zero stars. I'd give it.

I went in for dive medical willing to pay $99 only. Pass or not pass they should be charging how much as promised in the beginning. Especially dive medical being private fees they don't claim anything from government.

In the end they charged me extra just for what was already supposed to be included in the dive medical.

And this is what a university health clinic is.
