Sale people lied about a product I may need and am compatible with headphones. Also, I sold ke insurance for my laptop, which I later told it's pretty much useless. It took 20 mins or more for anyone to approach me if I needed help.

My mother went to buy me and ipad and wanted a screen protector and wanted them to do it then my mum said she doesn’t want it because she doesn’t wanna do it herself because she doesn’t know how so the workers proceed to call her stupid but he does the screen protector to get a good review but here’s the review these workers are stupid they are getting payed and all she asked for was a screen protector to be done I will never buy from this store ever again so teach your workers to be respectful and not to act like they don’t get payed. Shame on your workers.

How good was that was the comment my husband and I said as we walked out of JB HI FI Willows. Special mention to Harley and Lachlan at the phone centre who were informative and helpful which enabled us to make the right choice on the product we were searching for. Service and knowledge was above and beyond and we would highly recommend this business to others.

Hey yesterday going there about phone Samsung s22 ultra everything camera fail and problem slow frozen, my sim in phone but didn't work no service and vibration didn't work, your team no good high recommended didnt help me why I pay that for $200 3 year warranty jbhifi i have to sent tech phone to sent samsung warranty, im not happy your team phone doing nothing help for warranty jbhifi fail not high recommended I dont buy that jbhifi never again waste my phone for $2,000

Not much of a friendly vibe at this store, was quite busy but no staff greeted or acknowledged as they passed us. Didn't get what we needed there and would not recommend.

I spent 2 hrs waiting in telstra to be told they couldn't help me, so I went next door into JB Hi-Fi and 2 young guys came up to me and sorted my problem out in less than 15mins. Amazing training and very helpful. Thank you JB Hi-Fi

I always make a point of going to JB Hi Fi at Willows, Townsville. I have previously had excellent service from this Store and today I received the same excellent Service. Michael in particular went above and beyond in doing all that he could to assist me in making an informed choice. His assistance continued even after I purchased when I came back later needing assistance with my device. Once again, I was very pleased with their service and I will continue to return when I next wish to seek advice and purchase. Michael, your assistance and patience made my task of purchasing a new device so much easier

They are a great set of staff who always try to help u no matter how busy they are, I love 2 get my cds, DVDs, etc from those guys if they don't have it, if possible they'll order it in 4 you they're always having specials too and u actually get greeted by the security guard anyways I love this place it rocks

Went in to buy something I was pointed in the right direction and told a salesman would be over to help me, a salesman did show up but proceeded to ignore our existence and talk to his buddies we waited politely for over half hour staring at the item we wanted to purchase (a higher priced item so we couldn't just grab it off the shelf) while he was right there before we gave up and went home so I could just purchase the dam thing online

First visit on Friday was an investigation on desired product. We went away and thought about it and ce back on the Monday to buy. The young fellow who sold us the product gave us a very good price. The tablet is working just right for what I wanted.

I was after a screen protector and case for an s9+ but they didn't have anything at all. It's great if you want anything for an iPhone. Plenty of range there.

I was looking for few things screen protector for my kindle and pen for my phone and earbuz. I asked 2 things to 2 staffs and my English is not perfect as a forigner. They have some clearance so I want to have a look, because I really like electronic things. But somehow security keep looking at me weirdly and I was very uncomfortable. I even thought he is watching my body or what? I just don't want to stay there anymore. When I left he asked me to see my bag. After check my bag he even didn't say anything. Is JB Hi-Fi Willow only for the Aussie or man? Or should I just get inside and get what I need and spend money? I really want to know why he do that things to me. Hope he is not just doing that because got bored and I am an asian woman. Also wondering he can do the samething if I am with my aussie partner.

Paid for the extended warranty for a $450.00 set of AT 50 head set, the warranty lasts 4 years and when they broke after 3 years I took them back. I paid for the warranty for the second set i received but of course the idiot at the counter didn't add this on. So I had to by a new head set lucky me ‍?

Over the past few years my wife and I have gone to JB HI-FI at the willows for all of our big ticket purchases. We find that Cameron and Andrew are extremely helpful and patience. But recently we have dealt with Lachlan and Jaime (?) these guy were great at sorting out my wife's new phone clearing up billing issue and just genuinely cared that we were happy. Great work to you all. We will be back soon.
