JB Hi-Fi Rockhampton Stockland

Trash. Busted phone since new, still within warranty. They want to send phone away, to test, can take up to 3 weeks, then another 3 weeks return. Was told to buy a temporary phone. So, buy a new phone (that's sort of broken) then have to buy a new one, while they test the current one. Just trash.
Then get palmed off to the 'Manufacturer' because JB HI FI just sells stuff.

Mostly good service and pricing. Sometimes when buying things I have to wait a while to get someone's attention.

They have great customer service, informative, polite, and the prices are amongst the best.

Andy on the floor is an asset to this JB HIFI extremely knowledgeable and a great guy all round very much appreciated his approach to me as a customer, nice to know there salesman still around that aren't pushy and just give you good advice on what you want, Andy needs a promotion and a payrise, he is certainly over qualified and under paid for his current position, Geordie who helped me load the tv up is also an asset to this company and another great employee, thanks guys will see you again as a return customer

If you are Australian, you already know what JB Hi-Fi is. It's the place that sells electronics, just like phones, laptop, headphones, blender, microphone, speakers, etc. I usually don't have problems with finding stuffs here, but sometimes the staffs here tell me that I should go to the branches in big cities like Brisbane or go to different store to find what I was looking for (which were used to be displayed in this store) which gave me a little bit of inconvenience. Other than that, staffs are nice, you can interact with some display items, so yeah, it's okay to visit here if you're in Rockhampton and you need some electronics.

I get my gift cards from here and they work very well and have many things you can buy like games, music and TVs

Terrible service! I took my four month old phone in, that I paid outright for. It had been playing up after two months. I finally made it back to town after working away for five months. They told me they could do nothing for me apart from send it away for repairs. I said that I needed a phone for work, but would not give me a replacement phone or a loan phone.

I had to read out the Australian Consumer Law to management to get anywhere.

The store has lots of products, a good range etc. I find the staff lacking in customer service skills if you can find one. I've often just walked out due to no assistance & purchased elsewhere.

Bought a Samsung phone, Just wanted to give Amy a shout out her attitude and enthusiasm was fabulous, her knowledge on the product and after care was also impressive. Well done

I honestly have never met anyone this dedicated to helping me, when problems arise either before, during or after purchase. A one of a kind who is an absolute asset to JB Hi-Fi Rockhampton. Also, she gets a 10/10 for her awesome personality and sense of humour, without that I would have blown a temperamental gasket or worse, waterworks! Thanks so much Amy, you have truly turned what could have been a really bad day, into a day that has had a positive outcome!

Mine, my sisters and nephews absolute favourite place to visit of all time. We go in wanting one or two blu rays/dvds and end up with more than we planned. He he We have ALWAYS had great shopping experiences in JB and we will continue to always be loyal customers to this great franchise. I got a great bargain on a laptop, $43 with a Samsung A30 and a charging cable. I decided to take a photo of the deal I was getting to show my friend and then I got removed from the shop for "suspicious actions", in the end I still got my laptop with a Samsung A30 and a charging cable.

The staff member was very helpful with my recent purchase of a TV. He was able to answer all my questions while I was comparing different models and made suggestions to help with my decision without bring pushy. The storeman even carried my purchase right to my car. I did online research prior to my purchase and narrowed it down to 3 TVs. JB HiFi had the lowest price on all 3 models.

Despite standing in the mobile phone area for a total of 27mins, on 2 August no sales staff found the need to assist. Despite being looked at by a number of staff. I was ignored. Very disappointing. Guess they are not interested in the sale and service.

Would not recommend getting polaroid film from JB. Spent $60 on film and they don't even work every photos comes out white and doesn't develope. Such a waste of money.

Ordered a Samsung Serif TV through JB Hi-Fi Rockhampton and the customer experience I received from Owen was 5 Star. Even after ordering, when I had a query regarding shipping, he was happy to sit on the phone with me and talk me through the process. Highly Recommend the product and the store.
