Terrible service, there was this asian looking manager. I enquired him about Hard disk, he gave a very rude reply by justifying I am busy with another customer. He later suggested another another sales guy to approach. The sales guy was all into selling me out expensive hard disk later I went out and got better deal from officeworks which is nearby their store. I would thank them as because of them I got better deal.

This store at oxley is my go to have been to others like Springfield Orion, Mt ommaney, brown's Plains and others but there store presentation is not as good as oxley which is always organised, clean and 98% of the time has what I need or want. The staff are always helpful and friendly which makes my shopping experience a good one.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. I travel from the northside to this store because of the service.

We've used this store for years, spent tens of thousands of dollars here and have always been stoked with the level of service, information and quality of the products.

This place has always been extremely helpful as soon as you walk through the front door in my experience so far. Faulty returns have been a breeze and they seem to always have stock on hand with what I need at the time.

Always think of this store when I need an appliance. Have a favourite salesperson there. Always look for him when go to buy anything. Get really wonderful service.

Bought a new $1500 dishwasher machine and paid for installation. What a debacle - they couldn’t work out how to install it and so they just left with the dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor. It became our problem to ring JB Hi Fi to try and find a solution.

Great salesman tried to sell me an old model, macbook at the discounted price that is the same price as the latest model.

Visited this location to be assisted in finding a wireless headset only to find not a single soul in the gaming section. My partner and I ventured out to the dvd section to find one employee assisted one person for approximately 15 mins. We waited patiently for them to finish assisting that customer only for this employee to bolt to the checkout section of the store for reasons I’m unsure of. So my partner and I went to the checkout section waiting in line just to ask for assistance only to find 5 employees assisting another customer and 1 employee serving those ready to pay. When we were next to be served we asked the 1 employee to see if he can assist us and so he jumps on the intercom to send someone to assist us in the gaming section. My partner and I walk back to the gaming section to wait the next almost hour to be assisted and just got tired of waiting and left. We would’ve spent nearly 2 and a half hours for nothing in that store. TL;DR: Wasted 2.5 hrs for nonexistent customer service.

PJ was good - real good. Took our time to understand the product, competitor products, comparisons, etc etc. And PJ was as professional, and as personal, to make you feel a part of family! Highly recommended to talk to and buy from. Jbhifi Oxley continues to rock!

Took the plunge to get a front loading washing machine. The service from the sales consultant to the delivery and installation team were seamless. The discounted price was a bonus.

I visited a store one day and wanted to buy a laptop. It was on sale. The staff checked the stock and said that there is only one left in another store, which is closest to this store but require 25 mins drive. I paid in the store and put that laptop on hold and drove to another store. When I got there the staff in another store said that it was sold already and no stock left in the whole state. The next day I have to visit the first store to get my money back.time consuming for nothing.

Went in to jb Hi-Fi Oxley store today. Bought 7 appliances for our new home. Great experiece through out, staff member Ryan looked after us and staff at the checkout were nice as well. Very good customer service!

Dude JB HI FI is the best love going them to buy films but not just films there are anything and everything to buy them. Just say you need to buy something for someone you know birthday they will have you back and you will find the perfect item for them not to mention that they will love it would be the perfect present. Don’t believe mean then that’s you lose not my I will say is I feel sorry for you. You need to be smarter and go to JB before its to late. Hope you enjoy you time at JB.

Lady at the counter not wearing mask. No social distancing maintained, extremely ignorant staff.

My partner and I were supervised from the moment we walked in the door, we were rushed to make a decision about which charging cord we wanted, and when we asked to look at something else we needed, the female staff member laughed awkwardly and unwillingly allowed it. There was no need to treat us poorly guys, we were customers and doing nothing wrong.

Jbhifi Home Oxly has electronic items, Fridges, Washing Machines, Dish washers, Aircons and all the signature items of Jbhifi. Convenient parking. No rest room inside Jb, nearest toilets are near Subway.

I would say I had the Worse customer service but I didn't receive any customer service at all I stood in the store for 15 minutes without anyone asking if I need help. I just walked out
