Shopping ok. Maybe staff need a bit more diversity training. It was a mistake to take a differently abled person in this shop.

Being able to speak with people who know their product is a huge benefit. Our JB rep, Michael knew his TVs down to the last detail and given our budget and viewing requirements was able to quickly match us with a quality Samsung product.

The staff here are fantastic, the store here has stock majority of the time. Prefer this over the bigger retailers.

Love JB Hi-Fi. Have been shopping there for years and get good deals. Staff are usually very helpful. You get the occasional staff member who is not as helpful if you are only buying small items.

Plenty of room for parking. Very helpful staff that don't antagonise you, but will help when requested. Never waiting for long at the registers too. Always a pleasant experience

The first 2 sales assistants didn't seem interested in serving me or offering explanation of the product I was interested in. I was ready to walk out empty handed when another sales assistant, Anthony, served me. He went above and beyond the call of duty, answering in detail the questions I had about the product. He actually went to the trouble of searching for the product and found the last one on a separate shelf. I felt lucky to have found the help I needed and JB HiFi were lucky I bought something!

I have nothing bad to say about them they are good they are great they are very friendly to their customers

Great ticks all boxes great prices, great staff. The jbhifi at stockland has slow service compared to this one would recommend.

Checked stock online on the website, walked in, grabbed the keyboard, paid, walked out. Good quick and easy.

Trying to fit too much into the the square footage of the premises makes it feel crowded, cramped and untidy. Never enough staff.

Staff are super helpful and friendly, but In a very genuine way. Which is a good thing, because the signage is too confusing to find anything.

So helpful at the Domain store. I was specific in what I wanted at one if their other stores, an left ear piece to hear music from my phone. They sold me an earpiece that only accepted phone calls. I went to the guys at Domain and they helped me with exactly what I needed. A big thank you for listening and helping me.

Recently had to return a coffee machine that I had bought 6 weeks earlier. Was absolutely no troubles to return it and get a new one which is working like a dream now.

Helpful friendly staff and I found what I was looking for very quickly. Keep up the Good work JB hi-fi Domain.

Have to wait for assistance from staff. Then have to wait again to go to another department. Staff were friendly but not particularly knowledgeable and the item I came in for wasn't in stock so they tried to upsell me to an inferior item for hundreds of dollars more.

Purchased DVDS 2 for $20.00 with stickers advising this (1 x $12.98 and 1x $19.98) out of a discount box and 3 others of various prices from shelves. Paid for items and realised overcharged. When approached staff was advised that "computer" picks deals I paid full price for the $19.98 one and a lesser one was included instead in the deal, which was without a sticker. Really disappointed in staff attitude, apparently "computer" charges whatever and customer pays

Pricing is a bit opaque during sales. Some items have no marked price and even when they do it's no obvious if sales discounts apply. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
