JB Hi-Fi Helensvale HOME Superstore

Had reflexology, was ok could of been a bit harder and done with a bit more interest. Will give them another try.

Wanted a tv in the media area. Man was cheerful, conversant and extremely helpful and knowledgable. Didn't have one in the store but one phone call and I was picking it up on my way home from next closest store. Excellent service.

Busy site. Lots of stock on the floor. Asked for help and got a friendly and knowledgeable staff member immediately. Very happy.

Had a warranty issue and Dylan was very helpful had the product replaced and I was out of the store within 10m

Terrible place to shop… worst customer experience worst products. Do not buy candy crush headphones let alone through them

Stopped by for a visit to pick-up some client equipment and it was a very well presented store with quick service all things considered with how many customers were there and time of day.
Props to David who helped me out with finding the perfect Bluetooth headset.

Walked into this store 4 or 5 times. Nobody has ever said hello. Or anything really. I only come in to check prices now. Good guys or harvey norman price match but give service so i just go there.

Has SO many items, great customer service as well. Its where i go to buy anything related to technology

Nathan at the fridge section is amazing! I highly recommend him. Not only is his customer service exceptional but his knowledge of the products are 110%. He is very friendly and down to earth and feels like a mate. If I need anything for my home I'll come back to this store and hopefully Nathan. I hope the store and company values him.

I have always had excellent service from JB Hi-Fi, friendly helpful staff and great priced products, but the service I have received over the last two days has been exceptional and definitely above and beyond. Thank you John, Craig and rest of the team for making my purchase so easy.

Went to buy gaming headphones was a little hard to get a staff member to serve as it was understaffed. But when we were served the guy had good knowledge of the product:) good range.

Big shout out to Michael (Mikey) who looked after me when I came in store to pick up a new phone and an incident happened. Good customer service and quick to react and resolved the issue. Thank you.

The service at this store is amazing, every staff member actually wants to help. We bought a fridge that has developed a fault and we have been blown away by the kindness and service we have received. Thank you so much to everyone but especially Nathan, we know now to always come to JB Helensvale as they care about their customers.

I can forgive the no stock due to current circumstances but the terrible service is a NO from me!

Service was excellent, happy smiling staff nothing to much trouble. We walked out with exactly the phone we wanted and on a much better plan then was on offer by Telstra store at Helensvale.

I'm a disabled person and was made fun of by the service hog with the piercings behind the counter with another customer. I've been a customer of that store for years.

The lady who helped me with information about mobile phones was very lovely and explained different phones. I didn't feel like I was being dismissed as I have in other JB stores. Thankyou from one of the older community who find it hard to understand new technology.

Walked in and got Service instantly by a legend called Jake he had the right information for me about getting my laptop can't wait to come and pick it up.also epic beard dude.

Just bought a dryer at Helensvale Home world, served by Nathan who was one of the best customer service people I've dealt with in recent times. Not pushy and very helpful with advice and sales. I may not have concluded the sale there and then if it wasn't for this great service. If only more people gave this level of service. Even the cashier staff at the desk for payment were bright happy and engaging. Well done JB Hi FI Helensvale.

It's your typical JB HiFi. Reason for 3 stars was staff were standing around talking whilst customers were waiting to be served.
